Do not buy from this company. Desk is deceptive and material is cheap. Took almost 5 weeks to arrive. Looks nothing like the picture. Never said it was coming from China. I hope the 314.00 bucks you got from me goes along way. Disappointed and robbed…. DON’T BUY. The only thing this will be use for is scrap for my fireplace and metal disposal. Again. DON’T BUY

Triple the cost of comparable items. Took several months to deliver in a dirty beaten up box. Instructions are in Chinese and video is also in Chinese with repetitive obnoxious music, and poor quality video. There are no holes in the base where they show the metal plate being attached. We requested a refund and they kept offering percentage off. We got exhausted with the battle and accepted 50% which left us with a heavy dirty piece of junk in many pieces for still almost $200. The worst customer service experience ever!!!

I was scammed too. Disputed with Paypal. It took a few days for Paypal to chargeback and refund me.

For all who are scammed, please dispute with Paypal so that Paypal can refund you and get alerted.

I ordered a desk from this company without doing any research on them. ( big mistake). This company is based in China my order took over a month to arrive. The desk I ordered came broken. Aside from that the quality was very very poor, cheaply made. The desk top was so cheap that you could bend it with your hands and anything you put on it would also cause it to bend, making it worthless. When I contacted them they offered me a 80% refund for an unusable broken desk. I opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. When I did that leafhold tried to get me to cancel my dispute in order to receive my refund. They also tried to say that since I had a dispute open that it wasn't “letting them” refund my money. It seemed all the cared about was me canceling the dispute. After going back and forth I told them that I would just call PayPal and discuss it with them. When I told them that they sent me my refund.. smh. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Don’t not buy anything from them. I don’t understand how they are still in business.

SCAM business. They are based in China, but don't mention that anywhere on the site. The product takes a month or more to get to you. They generate a FedEx tracking number early on, but the item is not shipped yet. It's on a boat from China and they provide no shipping number for that, so you have to trust them. Canceled my order but they said it already shipped but FedEx says they don't have it. Finally arrived 10 days after contacting them. I ask for full refund and would ship it back. They say I have to ship it back to China. Nowhere in their refund policy do they state it must be shipped back to China. No where on their site do they say it is being shipped from China. This is illegal in CA to not have this unique demands listed on the site. They must post anything a consumer would not deem normal for a return.

Absolute SCAM. Stay away. Garbage/junk products with system designed to be too inconvenient to resolve/return.

I purchased a desk from leafhold for $324. After my purchase I saw many bad reviews. I contacted the company and asked to cancel my order. They said that the reviews were from their competitors and that they would knock $50 off. I know that there are many false review, so I allowed them to go ahead with the order. After about three weeks the desk arrived. On opening the package I found that the cheap formica covered top was badly marred (a 5 inch wide mar that was 2.5 ft in length). Maybe I could just cover it. I went to assemble the legs / supports. They were very thin metal that would flex by squeezing them under my fingers, and were tack welded together.

I don't understand why anyone would bother making such bad quality furniture. If you're going to take my money, just steal it instead of sending me junk.

I purchased a shoe cabinet from Leafhold and what a mistake it was. It's a very bad company that produces an extremely poor quality product. I didn't realize it was coming all the way from China and that's why it took more than 5 weeks to arrive. After I assembled my shoe cabinet it fell apart literally on the next day. The quality of materials is the worst I ever seen. I demanded a refund and they refused stating that an item was assembled. After about 20 emails we finally settled on 75% refund and I am left off with a pile of useless plywood.
Oh, and when I tried to post an honest review on their web site they didn't allow it. If I could give them 0 stars I would because 1 star is too many

Everything about the gaming desk I received was wrong. The design was different. They sent a right side instead of the left side I ordered. The packaging was so bad there were scratches and gouges all over and the paint on the frame was half done. It was the worst shopping experience ever. It took forever to arrive since it came from China and the instructions were in Chinese. I only received a partial refund as it wasn’t worth the trouble sending it back. Just awful. Do not buy from them.

Not as much usable space as I was hoping for.

After 1 1/2 months, I finally got my desk and was pleasantly surprised that the desk arrived intact...only 1 small nick. What I didn't like is that the monitor stand is made out of wood and is a completely different color than the desk. Also, the quality of this desk is suspect and I don't anticipate it will hold up for a year. Lesson learned...stick with reputable companies...

I acquired a bookshelf so some of the books that are always laying around would have a designated spot. The books I wanted to keep there were crammed into it almost to the max. So we emptied the big bookshelf as well as the ones in the girl's rooms. and there are still the two empty containers. Not one who is happier.

Créanme que en mi vida me, habían robado tan descaradamente comore una mesa de fibra de carbono por 450 dólares!!!! Y la mesa lleva 6 meses sin aparecerse me comunique con servicio al cliente y me responden la misma porquería. Lamentamos los inconvenientes blablabla, lo peor es que pierdo mi tiempo mi mesa y mi dinero! Que le pasa a esta empresa porque le roban a las personas !!!! Regresen el dinero ladrones, su soporte al cliente es una completa basura

UPDATE: Store refuses to provide a refund or allow a return despite sending a damaged product and advertising easy returns. They offered to give a $30 discount for again, a damaged product. Any reputable company will offer a replacement or refund option at their expense. This company is a total scam and wastes your time in hope people give up. We have filed a credit card chargeback.

If I could leave negative stars I would. They did not disclose anywhere on their site that the product is shipping via freight from China which takes 4-6 weeks. When we finally received the product it is the worst quality I have ever seen and not surprisingly already damaged. Particle board, see through paint, chipped on every single corner and plastic glued onto the edges. We will be requesting a refund but suspect based on other reviews will be filing a charge back with our card.

Same bad experiance as others here. Long delivery time, tried to cancel after several days. Their representative told me “was severely punished because of my complaint” Yikes contacted credit card company weeks ago still trying to get charge removed.

We ordered a desk because we have a unique size requirement, and this desk does match the sizes specified. The box arrived damaged, which also damaged the corner of the desktop, and after multiple unanswered requests via e-mail, I gave up. The damage is on the back corner against the wall, so it's cosmetic.

That said, this is of such low end quality (pressboard with laminate, thin aluminum legs, etc). I do not expect it to last. I've built sturdier boy scout projects out of balsa wood and cardboard. Conveniently, we did not pay a significant amount. It will work until we find a suitable replacement.

- "Steel tubes" bend easily as hardware is tightened

It took over a month for the product to ship. When it finally arrived, most pieces were damaged: chipped paint, horrible quality of paint (see-thru), miss-matched paint. It’s horrible quality. I’ll be shocked if the bench lasts very long. I’d say I’d use it as firewood, but I don’t think it’s made out of wood. It was a total rip-off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This is a complete scam. The product pictures do not represent what you will get. The square tubing image for example is not the strong steel you will get. Neither is the thickness. The unit is very wobbly once you put it together. The 7 weeks it takes to get the item is not explicitly stated unless you read all the fine print. It's a super cheaply made. Also, good luck trying to reach their customer service. No answer via phone or email. You have to file a claim with Paypal to get any response. A complete joke. Stay away from this company.
