Excellent service from Learning Space. I recently ordered something on behalf of my work, which was delivered by DPD but to a closed office on a Friday evening. Sadly by the time the office opened on the Monday morning the package had been stolen. As the package was costly and we are a charity we could not afford to replace the package. Upon contacting Learning Space I was working with Georgina. Georgina proactively went out of her way to contact me and find us a resolution. She was friendly, helpful and ultimately Learning Space replaced the package, and I passed them the crime reference number and Learning Space are following up with DPD. Products exactly as described and I cannot overstate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend dealing with Learning Space. And huge thank you to Georgina.

Georgina was so helpful and managed to get the products I wanted onto an order for me, which made the experience so much easier to manage. They have an absolutely massive range of toys and equipment for all price ranges. I got a grant from family fund for £300 and was able to look through their extensive catalogue to get enough bits to start a sensory room for my daughter.

I placed an order through learning space for some sensory toys for my daughter, the ordering process was easy and I found everything I wanted within my price range. I was updated every step of the way with my order until unfortunately my parcel was left outside my front door by the courier service and it was taken whilst I was out. From then on I can not fault Learning space customer service as they talked me through how to log it, they checked stock and arranged with myself replacement items which weren't in stock and then they reshipped it as soon as they had processed the order and they even managed to get it to me 3 days before Christmas! The customer service is top tier and I can't thank them enough for the help they provided throughout the whole process. My order is fantastic and the quality is great. I would highly recommend ordering from them.

We received a box which had been damaged in transit. The customer service was exceptional - speedy, courteous and very helpful. A new box was ordered immediately with no fuss. I highly recommend this company.

We had Andy deliver some training to our teaching and support staff in Integrated College Glengormley and he was nothing short of fantastic. He was very easy to listen to and spoke from the heart. It was by far the best training we have received as it particularly made us understand the specific challenges that neurodiverse individuals experience on a daily basis. He spoke from the heart and his style of delivery was so refreshing. We all found the session informative and engaging. I would highly recommend Andy!
