Missing an item on order
It ended up coming a few days later and the company were great at contacting me on the days they were open to resolve the issue.

Fast delivery and some items were cheaper than elsewhere online so I would definitely look here first when needing to order again.

Started off with poor communication but they reached out to me by phone call and resolved the issue and even sent a freebie, my daughter is super excited to receive the items she chose from here.

Fast, quick, simple, I felt heard by the team and respected during all my phone calls. I had a bit of a moment and ordered items that I didn’t need so panicked rang them and boom just like that all changed within a matter of seconds there was no issues worries nothing it was resolved very quickly the call handlers were amazing and cheerful which is always nice to hear. I highly recommend them. Granted some of the items are at a big price tag however they are great quality I ordered my son the red cone (Gonge top sit and spin) and he loves it. (5 Years old) The delivery was also incredibly fast considering it is Christmas season my items were received within a week of ordering (this may not always be the case however it does give an in sight)
