They’ve sent me the wrong item! Ordered a massive slide and they have sent me a tiny ball run (EDIT: since confirmed this was a free extra kindly gifted - so two items should have arrived together but unfortunately the slide is on a supplier delay after discovering they had no stock themselves - hence the confusion).

Ordered for little ones birthday - no customer service whatsoever over the weekend - so by the time this is all resolved will have missed said birthday. So disappointing.

EDIT: Just been on the phone to Naomh, who has been really helpful about the whole situation. The item isn’t going to be here by the birthday hence the four stars, but that does appear to be a supplier issue that no one was aware of until my order cropped up - and the company has gone above and beyond to try and help sort my little girl out despite the big item being late. Thanks for helping.

Learning space is excellent very understanding very healthful they help me a lot I didn't have money buy thing for my special need children's they give me funding I can buy think for my boys they can play on garden now they are so happy I appreciate them help I like to say thank you so much

We had Learning Space in our school undertaking the fitting of some new sensory spaces in our school. Sinead, Naomh and Tracey have been so helpful in the design work and making amendments as we went along. Shane has fitted our rooms and we found him helpful, down to earth and so easy to work with and chat to. Then there’s Andy…..the one who provided the sensory training. He was just fabulous. Very engaging easy to listen to and just very real. Our staff raved about him. He also fitted our sensory pathway and provided really worthwhile advice. Can’t recommend this team enough. Fantastic.

Tracey was amazing helping me today when I called after having a few issues online. She helped me with my order and adjusted a few things to help put my order through. Fantastic customer service and Tracey is a credit to your company. Can't wait to receive my order for my twins and will definitely be returning as a customer again. Had training from Andy re Autism. Really informative and useful and delivered with conviction. Andy was very honest about his own experiences which he was able to share and bring a true perspective on the condition. Such an insight into the struggles faced by those living with ASD. Really excellent!

Our school has just had a sensory room installed for pupils to use, and as part of staff training we had the opportunity to meet with Learning Space staff and listen to a talk which focused on helping us understand and empathise more with anyone having to deal with sensory issues on a daily basis. The speaker shared a wealth of both professional and personal experience with us, gave suggestions for helpful behaviours with our SEN pupils and pointed out possible modifications to the physical environment of the classroom to avoid sensory overload. I found this meeting with Learning Space a valuable and unique experience as we were able to interact , ask questions, see and touch various specifically designed 'toys', and even look into our own level of sensory sensitivity. All of this can heighten awareness and understanding among teachers and classroom assistants when relating to pupils and adults too - so it's a big thankyou from me and my colleagues

What an experience I had with Clonmore Youth Club when we had Andy in on Tuesday. I can't put into enough words how much knowledge we all gained from this course. Andy explains everything perfect and easily understood with also putting yourself in the views of people with Autism and other sensory issues. I came away with even ideas for my own home which was part of the reason I wanted to be there aswell as for the youth club and future work.
Andy is a must for any organisation as this is a topic that we all can be helped with in everyday life. Andy you are amazing keep up the AMAZING WORK 👏 ❤

We had Andy into our charity to teach us his experience and knowledge about ASD ADHD and autism and much more. It was very insightful and a really great learning day. Andy was very friendly and helped answer and questions we had around this topic. It was very engaging and he brought some products that we could trial and use for future young people in our charity.
