Can’t fault the customer service
Can’t fault the customer service. Was missing something from my order so called customer service and Lillian was very apologetic and said she’d sort it. It was delivered the very next day with some freebie’s. It’s a thumbs up from me. 👍🏻

I have made two purchases from this retailer, both kept me well informed about delivery , both were reasonably priced and website descriptions meant i was well informed , so excellent all round and i look forward to shopping with them again .

Ordering from this business could not be more stress free. This is a well run, well organised and efficient business. I have made 2 orders now and each time I was kept well informed at every stage of transit. Both products arrived very promptly. I will certainly be using this business again. I would highly recommend this business, especially for those who may have had bad experiences with other similar business types. The people here know what they are doing.

Great buying experience, terrible courier
5 start buying experience, quick dispatch and very well packaged as always. However i don’t think i’ll be purchasing anything again because of the courier they use (DHL) despite leaving delivery instructions, adding what.3.words and providing a photo of my address they continue to ignore all the above and get lost, so i have to stand in my window ALL DAY waiting to see a lost looking delivery man to get my packages, this last package was ordered on a Friday and was to be delivered on a Monday, no worries i had a busy weekend, however on the Saturday i received updates from DHL saying my package is arriving today, so i waited in all day for it to update at 8pm n say it will be delivered Monday, wasting a full day for nothing. Then Monday came around got a message saying my package will arrive between 12 & 1, it showed up at 4 and the delivery driver was extremely rude and swearing because he couldn’t find my address as he chose to ignore delivery instructions, what.3.words directions and the photo of my address. So for that reason i won’t be ordering again
