I can not give these guys enough credit…
I can not give these guys enough credit and praise. The service they offer is second to none, I have been buying equipment from the LED Grow shop Uk for in excess of a year now and bending there ears for probably 6 months before even purchasing anything. The staff have spent so much time on the phone with me offering valuable impartial advice helping with technical design, sometimes not even related to there own products. I have ordered a large quantity of products from them now, delivered and sometimes collected at unsociable times of day due to travelling time without the blink of an eyelid! Throughout these delivery’s and collections I have never had any issues. In terms of the products supplied they have been absolutely fantastic meeting my expectations and more, some of the products are in there infancy and as a result I have voiced some of my observations which have been relayed to the manufacturer and implemented in later versions. Fast delivery but wouldnt reccormend.
Fast delivery however, sending wrong parts in sealed boxes. Claiming its the suppliers fault, also first item ever ordered was dented and wharped to hell.
First time ordered damaged
Second time ordered item not as descrived or wrong parts.
Did eventually agree to send the correct part. Wont be using this site again, didnt get any type of compensation for delays and issues.

Hello, we are very sorry you feel this way. Contact was made with us for the very first time today (Sunday) regarding a part within an item in your second purchase. We agreed today (Sunday) to resupply a part next day delivery and liaise with its manufacturer.
Simultaneously today, you also raised an issue with an item you purchased months before. There is no evidence that you have ever contacted us regarding this item.
We would love the opportunity to resolve any issues but we must be notified of them in the first place.

They had the items i was looking for in stock when other retailers did not and at a better price. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged with the contents in perfect condition. I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
