Been with legendz for some time I never really played because I would lose my money and they didn't have any daily bonus well this past week I tried them again and was highly impressed the daily bonus was meh but the $20 for thirsty Thursday reeled me in so I got a $100 package and played off and on Saturday and Sunday (redeem then cancel) I reached over 3k and after reading everyone experiences here and reddit I was scared to redeem the full amount so I just redeemed $300 it's been a few hours and I haven't received a email or anything but since this is my first redemption I will wait and see what happens really hope everything goes well this is the most I ever won on any casino. Will update as things progress I got everything in 4 hours never received a email it was just in my account will definitely recommend to everyone.

I've been playing for maybe a couple of…

I've been playing for maybe a couple of months and this is my 1st redemption. I am currently going thru the redemption process for the 1st time and it's taking longer than other sites I play. We'll see how much longer it takes, but so far its not worth playing the site if it takes this long.

Scammed me out on a blackjack hand…

Scammed me out on a blackjack hand where I couldn't hit my hand twice with a 12 and it just skipped me, that was the beginning ok glitched whatever couple hundred then playing mines I was play 50$ games and picked a big winning board "around 9k" then continued to play and about 10-20 games later playing 50$ it said my balance was gone ? Then refreshed to check my balance and it was not even 50$... they scammed me and keep denying it, filed with my bank which is only a couple grand which means I'll still be out over 7k they'll get away with it and nothing will ever happen. I'm sure people haven't had problems I didn't either really up until this point. They owe me big they've deleted my account and can't even check the history. All seems very strange

Targeting me

It is very upsetting I was starting to get targeted on the site. The live blackjack dealers would laugh when people would loose there hand and or their money. It’s messed up. They were lame rude poor customer service

The site advertised as a 2-hours guarantee redemption. That’s not true, you probably get it 4-8 hours or maybe next day. Each time I talk to a customers service, they would always have one answer ( wait your turn)… you can buy in and lose so much money instantly, but coming to a redemption don’t know when it will be process

Unreliable

Legendz cancelled my redemption requests.

How did I learn this? I noticed my redemptions from a week ago hadn't been processed. I inquired. They said, "We cancelled them".

Where they ever going to tell me? Who knows.

Edit: thanks for the reply, but it's just not accurate. I was never informed. I have the receipts. Also, the redemption request is still pending after you requested documents I already sent.

I love playing on Legendz.com!! I’ve been lucky enough once to win a great amount but since then I’ve come up short on wins. LegendZ is a great platform! I LOVE that they’ve added a way to get coins without purchasing now with daily ball drop!! Makes it that much better imo! Thank you so very much for adding a daily Legendz! Live with limited means so I have to be pragmatic with money and I can’t always afford to throw money on platforms! Thus your daily is super helpful and very much appreciated!! I used to love this site and tell…

I used to love this site and tell everyone I know to only play at legendz. But it has definitely gone downhill. Redemptions were instant in the past but now always take at least 2 hours but usually longer. And customer service sometimes just flat out ignores you. Hopefully it's just temporary because it was by far my favorite site until recently.

Careful

I won a jackpot drop when playing a few months ago. Close to 400$ but when I went to redeem, it wouldn’t allow me to get the jackpot until I played it through at least once. I have not played with them since.

3-10-26 Update: Lengenz has quickly resolved my redemption issue! Thank you Legenz Support!
3-9-26: I enjoy Legendz BUT my latest winnings redemption keeps getting canceled because I am not redeeming to the same card I used to purchase gc/sc. However, when I try to add that payment methods, it will not accept it and gives me an error. The payment team says they are working to resolve the issue but this has been back and forth for more than 72 hours? I dont understand why I cant just redeem to a different card/account. I have in the past when I won.
