Legendz was good at one point. I was a loyal customer until they changed their daily rewards system. They don't have good coin packages, and now the charge you a fee to buy coin packages, that is ridiculous! I won't be playing on Legendz anymore and now prefer Zula. Zula always has great coin packages and also give you rewards if you play frequently.

I am writing this to warn other players about Legendz. They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but that is a complete lie. I have screenshots showing their support is "offline" for days at a time. I am a Visionary level player, yet I was ignored for over 24 hours while waiting for a deposit I made on Sunday night to show up in my account.
I have already been fully verified, so there was no reason for the delay. I sent multiple emails throughout the day just asking for my own money to be credited so I could play, and I got zero response. Only after I went to Trustpilot did I finally get any attention.
The worst part? As soon as the money finally hit my account and I finished playing yesterday, they closed my account and locked me out. I wasn't even trying to redeem—I just wanted to play. They take your money instantly but vanish when you need help, then ban you when you call them out on their BS. Stay away from this site; they are not "Legendary," they are scammers who punish loyal players for their own technical failures.

Legendz is not all it seems. You basically winning money you lost or put in. 3 Super Hot Chilli the game glitches and pauses all your trees can be lit up and it stalls. They always saying RTP but that is not true we play for fun but when we detect cheating and not fairness then it's a problem
