I have been a long time player and was the biggest supporter of this platform, always recommending it and post excellent reviews. I started noticing after playing a long time that holidays , especially big ones, you could win like crazy but then you'd be lucky to win again for months. I was always pretty much told it was bad luck or my concerns swept under the rug but it happened again after Christmas 2025 and I have lost every penny since then. Assigning these special agents to us is a joke. I still get the run around and treated as if I'm not smart enough to see what's plainly in front of me. They think I have no knowledge of how these games operate or who to contact regarding them. You will win great when you first start but the linger you play the wins stop and the older, long term players aren't who they want, they want the new players who drive up their numbers. This was the best platform out there until they changed this past year and started changing everything. The games they have now are subpar to eat they always had but now the older games won't win. I don't even recognize the site anymore. I put a lot of money into this site daily for a long time and now I can't win a game since Christmas 2025. Luck has nothing to do with it and don't fall for them giving 100 or 200 SC out of the blue Bec you don't win any games when they do. It's just to appize you. My specialist is M. Woodsen and I haven't seen where he has done anything but double talk around my concerns and there's been a couple times he didn't even address my concerns, rather out of several concerns he only bothered with one I sent in along with about 4 other ones and it wasn't the one that I lost spins over. All he has done is try to convince me how much better things are with the changes when I am not seeing it. When I can't win a game after 2 months of daily playing and deposits of $300 a day or every 2 days because I have greatly reduced my time on this platform but I was spending up to $800 plus a week on it. This happened after two other major holidays in 2025 and I went months losing until the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and then everything I played won and then after Christmas day one or two small wins right after but since then nothing. Every game might hit a couple of small 0.20 spins wins but that's it and then in less than 5 mins all funds gone and it's every game I play, every game. I have offered to send the screen recordings of my game play to back up my complaint but they never acknowledge that I offered to send them , they never say sure send them so we can see what it is you're concerned about. Just double talk like it will distract me or just saying well you're the only one complaining about this. Maybe I am but maybe it's because I have played these games a long time and seen this on other sites and am upset that this one is now like all the others when they were the best at one time. They were consistent, not wins all the time or every day but fair consistent wins and honest, excellent customer service with great perks and even the perks are less than stellar now. I had hoped they would go back to the platform they once were but it doesn't look like it and that's sad. I may just give up on these type of games all together now because all they do now is come up with more ways to get around the players having a fair shot. They can save the random generated outcomes for someone that doesn't know the tricks of the trade or how computer programs works since they are all computer run slots. I wouldn't be so upset if this hadn't been the best, fairest and most honest platform out there until this past year and they can say it's better and that the game play is the same all they like but I know when things change and it's pretty hard not to notice these drastic changes. I am beyond upset and I hope others stay alert and just see if they notice changes in game play after they stick around a long time. Most people wouldn't have stayed loyal to a site as long as I have even after it started going down hill and game play dropped off so drastically.

This company locked my account for no reason after I won my reward and paid my dues I've left many emails can't get a answer then they just blew me and my winnings off stay away it's a scam they will take your money then lock your account like they did me not to mention I've tried to get a hold of customer service and no one will answer

Used to win good all the time on here but it's been over a year now since I've won anything decent. And I wish you guys would've never taken out the daily bonus cause now if you don't deposit you don't play and that kinda sucks :-/

3 stars because I did get my money after nearly 4 weeks

Update- i did send a photo of my card and bank statement as requested !
I have proof they do not payout!! I still have a redemtion of 230.00 they owe me. They keep saying its been progressed , but apparently since it's been over 7 days now , it was taken!! All my bank info was 100% correct , since I see to redeem from other casinos with no problem! This casino is a scam ! I legit won 230.00 and they keep lying about paying me!! Do not play this casino or play at your own risk! With 3.rating I should have known better!

I'm can't celebrate the hundred dollar…

I am loyal. I play a lot of money. I contribute extra money per spin and have for months. I can no longer celebrate the one or two hundred dollar wins in good humor. Not after the amount of money I have played. For example, the new Hub, spin 50 times to get a bonus of five 10 cent spins? Why is that ok? I have not won anything significant for a long time and question my loyalty.

I'm very upset..not about 5 petty free spins but about the nerve Legendz had to tell me the free spins were awarded to me when they weren't. I go to my hub every day for daily rewards. We'll this morning I won 5 free spins on a buffalo machine. Can't remember the exact name. But when I won the spins the screen glitches an took me back to the login page. Impossible redemption process and poor support.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Legendz. After winning $2,000, I expected a standard verification process. Instead, I was met with constant new demands for documentation.
They require sensitive account information for every card used to deposit but refuse to accommodate virtual cards, creating a "catch-22" that prevents users from accessing their funds. To make matters worse, their customer service is unresponsive unless you "harass" them for an update. As a small business owner, I value transparency and support—Legendz provides neither. Save your money and go elsewhere.

A long time ago the site used to be decent but it's designed to do nothing but take your money and break you every time customer support sucks no daily bonus no nothing just take take whoever made all these changes to this site must be trying to run everybody off and if they are they're doing a good job of it. I went to play my favorite, live roulette. My very first bet was lost because I was unable to finish it. they said my coverage limit had been reached. I wasn't sure what the deal was but that first bet lost 50 dollars. I thought maybe it was something I did so I tried a second bet, only to be told my coverage limit had been reached after placing fifty cents on zero.
