Staff very attentive
Staff very attentive . Had a hearing test that I didn’t expect too, nice to know that was all good . Leightons are referring me to hospital with an eye condition that they were concerned with . I felt looked after . Very professional.

Great member of staff
I saw Carrie today for the first time and I couldn’t have been happier she was very pleasant and friendly and explained clearly what she was going to do.
I’ve had my ears syringed many times before and this was the best experience I’ve had,

Very efficient
I went for a wax removal and hearing assessment. The premises are very clean and spacious. Carrie was extremely calm and efficient. She put me at ease immediately and explained everything about the process. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs wax removal but doesn't like syringing.

Went above and beyond and 100% be returning.
The sutton branch went above and beyond my expectations. I went in for a eye test to get advice on my eyesight that had got a little worse. And the the person who did the eye test was very nice and made sure to check everything. I was advised that glasses would be optional and I chose to get them. The lady who helped me get the glasses was extremely helpful and gave me advise on the type of frames and colour, that would best suit me. And she took my measurements and placed the order for the glasses. Overall everything was very clean and well organised and well presented. I will 100% be returning to this branch again.
Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Excellent Service
I have been a patient at Leightons for around thirty years : first at Epsom and now at Sutton. My family also uses this branch and now under recommendation a friend is also a patient and has recommended this branch to her family. That alone should say enough!
I like the fact that I am able to contact the branch directly. Online and call centre options are also offered but it makes me feel more comfortable and valued to have the personal service with familiar members of staff.
I am always greeted with a smile by friendly and professional staff ,noting : Sarah , Jackie , Suzanne and Julie. The optometrists I have seen over the years have always given me time to ask questions and are happy to explain things . I feel comfortable, confident and not rushed.
The contact lens specialist I saw earlier this year, Namisha,was thorough, informative and friendly .
The optometrists I have seen : Gaz and Jens have been consistently professional, friendly and take the time to answer any questions I’ve had .
When I have needed to change my spectacles I have been seen by DO , Julie who has always been very patient and helpful.
All in all , I am very happy and lucky to have wonderful staff in a local branch .

Wax removal
Appointment with Carrie for wax removal and it was on time and a quick process using micro suction. All fully explained and successful.

I have been coming to Leightons Sutton…
I have been coming to Leightons Sutton for eyecare for decades now. They are consistently professional and responsive to my needs. Unlike some high street chains they do not try to sell you upgrades you do not need (as experienced by friends and family unfortunate not to have Leightons near them). I was looked after by Sarah and the team on my recent visit and they were a pleasure to deal with. Having only used opticians up to now I just took advantage of an extensive ear/hearing examination. Natasha, the audiologist, was similarly professional and pleasant.
