Easy to order and a quick delivery time would’ve been useful to put some instructions on the adhesive regards how long to leave the paper to soak whether to prime the wall with the adhesive et cetera

I ordered a new fridge shelf
I ordered a new fridge shelf, which was delivered, smashed in the very hard cardboard tube, which looked squashed, as if someone had stamped on it.
I reported it to the team, and they sent a new one, the same day that arrived within two days. and responded to emails on a Sunday. Great customer support!

Great customer service
Great customer service the paper I ordered was out of stock or wasn’t enough left they contacted me said did I want to wait a few days or pick another one in the end I got one slightly higher in price for the price of the original paper and it was sent next day delivery. They seem to have a lot of products available on their website will definitely use again.

Purchased new shower taps from here in…
Purchased new shower taps from here in January after trying everywhere to find caravan shower parts that were in stock in the whole country! Spoke to the lovely knowledgeable Sarah who tracked me down the exact taps we needed immediately and had them ordered and sent to us within 2 days!!! Only just been able to fit them this week due to the caravan site we go to being closed all Feb! Anyway the taps are now fitted and working superbly! Couldnt be any happier with this company and especially Sarah for all of her help and advice. Easy 5 stars for me!
