I found this agency efficient when it came to finding and onboarding tenants, but their communication and property management were very disappointing. I had to chase them up several times, which was frustrating.
The final issue was with bathroom work arranged through one of their partners which was never resolved despite repeated assurances from Ethan, who was handling my query, I never received any proper follow-up, and the matter remained unresolved before my contract ended.
Unfortunately, based on a disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agency.
I just wanted to thanks Abigail Morgan for all your help throughout the process of finding a tenant for my property. I really appreciate your professionalism, efficiency, and support in making everything run so smoothly.

Horrible experience, from start to finish promised everything delivered nothing James was my contact and couldn’t supply the correct landlord code , didn’t respond to WhatsApp or calls even finally getting a dashboard the identity of the contact was different nothing happened as it should and I wanted to cancel after day one and was promised to make things better ( which they didn’t) so I cancelled, here’s the rub they want to withhold your £199 at all costs! Do not pay these people they are awful and will not refund you if you are unhappy let alone leave them in control of your biggest asset!

Worst letting agents ever had. Was forced changed to them by my landlord. As a tenant. They forced me to take out a 12months new agreement.
They have no email address, contact form or contact telephone numbers on the website and you are forced to login and use an automated humanless app system to report issues with your property.
They ignore you unless it is beneficial to them. I reported my boiler had intermittent issues and noises they just changed the status to resolved for this issue as I guess felt noise was normal yet not even got a person to inspect it. It is disgusting how they work in such a non human way. Company cuts costs using automation and apps and does help tenants.

An uncomplicated way to manage the property with a sole application for managing the paperwork, renewals, and personal touch we received from Mia on ensuring we remain in date with contracts, renewal options and support. Highly recommend for landlords that prefer to keep the maintenance options open and keep costs down.

I feel great about the service provided by Letting Peoperty during our tenancy process. The tenancy manager Mia Coles was very helpful and guided through the process in a professional manner. She responded quickly and clearly by understanding our problems. It was a stress free tenancy process as she handled everything nicely.

Abby was superb, she was my first contact and helped me understand the packages etc. I was handed over to the tenancy team but it was taking longer than hoped to find a tenant. Abby stepped back in, promised to take action such as prioritizing the listing and delivered by finding a tenant within days. She went above and beyond by offering to stay in touch over the weekend and accommodate my timezone (8 hours behind the UK). Great service, thank you!
