After the literally life changing effect of the pillow and travel pillow I was excited to have the chance to try the matress - for my mini caravan. I was not disappointed. It is so comfortable for my many times broken and fused back, along with my levitex pillow. Aided by the fact it's light and thin, so great for a van! And I can't praise the Levitex customer service enough. Such kind and efficient service, going the extra mile each time to get an order out to me next day when I needed it urgently. Very touching. And rare. Nothing seems too difficult. Makes my day. A huge thank you. 

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Levitex. Returning a mattress should not be this difficult. They force you to keep it for 30 days, even if it’s clearly not suitable. There’s no flexibility or understanding—just scripted responses and a rigid policy that feels more like a trap than customer service.

Speaking of customer service, it’s honestly a nightmare. Getting a straight answer or even a bit of empathy from them is like pulling teeth. They’re unhelpful, slow to respond, and seem more focused on running you in circles than resolving anything.

If you value easy returns and decent support, look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options out there.

I'm not one to give reviews, and I'm definitely not a sucker for scams. I have waited about 6 months to buy this pillow, and to be honest, I'm annoyed with myself for waiting. Ordered Wednesday, arrived Thursday, neck ache slightly better Friday, even better on Saturday, virtually non existent on Sunday. Wow. Ordered the mattress topper today in the hope it will sort my hip out. I was sleeping on an Ikea memory foam shaped pillow. Sizing on the website was spot on as well. Highly recommend the pillow, will revert with review for topper once I have tried.

I wasn't sure about buying this pillow but I'm so glad that I did. It took a few nights to get used to but it has significantly reduced my snoring & any aches & pains. Would recommend this company.

The pillow and matress have made a remarkable difference. Mobility improved, back pain greatly reduced, not waking with a stiff and painful back in the morning, I'm sleeping better and not waking up with a painful shoulder or leg cramp during the night and it has reduced my snoring. Customer service was excellent also. Great products.

I bought the small (based on my height) and it's exactly what I wanted it to be. It was the 4th pillow I'd tried as I avoided paying for this one. It's definitely been worth the money and the company is extremely personable so you can get to communicate with a human very easily if you have questions.

I have a trapped nerve in my neck so also bought the travel pillow as I was going on holiday. On holiday every night I got in bed, I thanked Levitex for inventing it ;-)

I don't usually bother giving reviews but thought I should give credit where credit's due... I've bad lower back/hip pain from sleeping that carries on into the day for a few years and have tried a number of mattresses but to no avail - I'm still in the "getting used to it" period but the Levitex mattress has without doubt made a positive difference and I no longer carry pain into the day, and pain while sleeping is almost vanished - I've recently been away and sleeping on other mattresses reminded me of how it was before (and how it affects the rest of the day). Also Andreea was super helpful corresponding with deliveries etc. and the CEO James was unbelievably helpful with follow-up queries - it seems like they genuinely care about people getting a good night's sleep. If only all companies were like this

I ordered a large pillow and found it incredibly comfortable but slightly low. I was within the 44 day trial and swapped it for an extra large pillow which is perfect. My neck has never felt better. Swapping the pillow was quick and easy. Andreea on the customer service team was incredibly helpful. I am now saving for a mattress!

The Levitex pillow and mattress really work for me - they are just the right amount of supportiveness without feeling to firm. Ordering was easy and delivery was efficient.

I have arthritis in my neck and, after much dithering and asking the advice of Levitex, I ordered a pillow in the smallest size. It's a very good pillow, but sadly too dense for me with not enough "give". I know pillows are as difficult to buy as shoes, so this is not a comment on their excellent product. What was most impressive was their customer service, which is one of the best I've ever had contact with. Olivia was particularly helpful and sorted out the return quickly and effectively. Bravo Levitex!

Pillow itself is fantastic definitely worth the money and very comfy!. The customer service was outstanding! Really helpful they gave us another pillow as original felt too big and let us decide which size was best and then we had a hiccup with returning one the of pillows which wasn’t their fault at all.. it was the third party courier but they were very apologetic and andreea really helped us get this all sorted , best customer service I’ve had in a long time :)

First of all; I can say that my first impressions of my Levitex pillow are very positive (after 3 more comfortable nights sleep). My neck actually felt noticeably better, after just the first night (much to my surprise!). I also seem to be able to breate a bit better whilst laying (side sleeping) on the pillow, which may be as a result of the improved alignment (or just a coincidence).

I had an issue with the initial pillow that I received (a couple of black marks on the white surface). I contacted their customer service, who dealt with my concerns brilliantly. Karolina replied promptly on 2 occasions, and was very apologetic. She quickly arranged for a replacement pillow to be sent out to me. It’s good to experience such decent customer service for a change.

Great mattress, great pillow. Fantastic customer service. Olivia stood out for me. Cannot fault this company or products. Mattress is beyond comfortable. It’s hard but soft. Work that out. It’s just the best.

I do believe Levitex is a real gamechanger, having created a pillow which supports the best sleep posture ever! Its a great product and has provided me with the opportunity of a good night's sleep and improved posture. Thank you!

I have been sleeping on my Levitex pillow for the past year now and can confidently say it has improved the quality of my sleep and also reduced the pain in my neck significantly. I no longer wake up in pain so it is a win for me!

Absolutely top level customer care. They do everything they can to ensure you are happy with your choice and are very understanding on returns.
Still unsure if the pillow is the most comfortable around, needs getting used to but very sure it is the right orthopaedic choice to address neck issues

I never use to be snorer but somehow out of the blue, it happened. My wife informed me of the new "me", and as all men do, we deny, deny, deny and ask for proof. Most people find it uncomfortable hearing their own voice, wait till you hear yourself snore. As they say, "happy wife, happy life". So onto google and came across loads of stuff including a magic pillow from Levitex. Bought in complete desperation without any belief that it will actually work, well it did. 2 weeks in now and I once again have a happy wife, happy life.

Bought primarily based on reviews that said it can help reduce snoring. Found the pillow uncomfortable at first and it was changed for another size. Thought I'd really stick with it, give it a fair try but I've got constant neck and head aches as it's like sleeping on a rock. As for the reviews that mentioned reduced snoring, it does nothing of the sort. Unfortunately it's too late to return so in the back of the cupboard it goes. Very disappointed.

I tried the mattress tropper first and when Black Friday came around I couldn't resist the mattress. I have never been happier!! The topper is already wonderful, but the mattress is just the icing on the cake. It's the perfect firmness (medium) and has that supportive bounce that you want to support your spine (and all your other limbs). I've had the mattress now for more than half a year and it still feels as supportive as it did on the first day. My back and neck pain are gone and I finally am able to sleep through the nights without issues. I can only recommend the product to everyone, with and without any back/neck pain. On top of the excellent product, the customer service is also top notch. Since I'm in Germany, I imagined the UK-EU thing would make it a long wait, but no - the mattress arrived super quickly and with updates so I knew exactly when it would be at my address. The whole shipping minutiae are superb. All in all, I can't recommend the Levitex mattress (as well as their topper and their pillow) enough and that extends to the whole team. Just an A+ experience all around.
