Quick delivery and so far I am experimenting with the fillings but all looks good

Terrible service, spent around 1000+ on pillows and mattress topper from Brightr Sleep over the years and after buying a new £400 mattress topper and came with a 100 day free trial and after 60 days my back pain was getting worse as this topper was meant to be firm but just wasn't supportive and requested a return on their website and promised a return label within 48 hours which never happens, waited a week and emailed quite a few times and just no response. I also messaged on social media instagram and no replies. I have now escalated it to my credit card company. Very disappointed and will never buy or recommend to anyone. They don't deserve any customer treating people like this spending there hard earned money.

Very good. The topper really improved the softness of a very expensive firm mattress. We're really happy with it's and will look to get one for the spare rooms it's that comfortable.

Ordered two pillows and after leaving them to loft up tried one out, very comfotable though later had to air the filling to evaporate the chemical odour...sorted.

Ordered a Superking Titan deluxe topper, on Saturday. It arrived on Sunday. Seriously impressive service.
Aired the topper as advised; and then used it.
I bought it to lengthen the life of an originally very expensive , but now aging, mattress .
The topper is very effective. Firm. Well made. Comfortable. I felt the benefit immediately.
I am struggling to understand the more negative reviews on this website!!!

The Mattress Topper arrived in a timely manner and after a few days at least I am very satisfied. Only time will tell if the product is if it’s advertised quality.

Like 20% of reviews here I have had a bad experience. No refund and they lie about having processed it. I will be going through my bank for a chargeback it seems. I have quite a large Instagram and Tik Tok following and think I’ll make a video about them showing their lack of customer care, many bad reviews and no refund. That will go down well for them for sure.

Mattress topper was too soft so sent it back after 60 days, well within there 100 day refund policy. I used their original packaging and sent it via DPD home collection as opposed to their free Evri label as the Evri label had size restrictions which the topper exceeded. The parcel was received by them over a month ago as the tracking shows.

I’ve emailed them a few times and they say the refund has been processed and they are looking into why I haven’t received it back yet but as can be seen by many many reviews on here and peoples comments in Instagram posts about them/ facebook posts it’s all lies. They avoid refunding you/ simply don’t do it. Illegal and they will get shut down as a business for sure. Frankly it will be deserved.
