Libristo Portugal Avis

I ordered a book that wasn’t available after all but the retailer messaged me and asked me what I wanted to do, i said i could wait. They sent me a new copy once a reissue had been made. all good. perfect packaging and delivery. no complaints

The book I ordered was perfect, as well as the packaging. The delivery took way longer than advertised: on the purchasing page it said 5-7 days, then once I ordered it the confirmation email said 11-18 days, and in the end it took 25 days.

I really like this website, the costumer service is very efficient and at Libristo we can always find some amazing deals of very nice editions. I'll absolutely keep on buying here!

Facilidade em realizar a encomenda e muito rápidos no envio da mesma, muito satisfeito.

Great service, they had the book I was looking for. The book was on the way to them. They informed me and offered it at a reduced price, which was acceptable.
They offered a reduced price, which was acceptable.

They are a very upfront and honest company.

Chegou dentro do tempo previsto.

Great selection of books!

A encomenda chegou correta e em bom estado.

Too long to wait for delivery. Almost one month to Portugal. Book was in great condition, all good
Unfortunately I’ll better pay a little bit more but not waiting for a month 😒

The book is as described and the entire ordering went exact as planed, in terms of processing and delivery times.

Não é o mais rápido, mas cumpriu na integra o prometido! Encomendei os livros e eles chegaram dentro do prazo defenido portanto tudo top!

It took a month to recieve my order. If the estimated shipping time was displayed during the purchase process, I would probably not have bought this items.
Besides that all was well packaged.

Embora a encomenda demorou, chegou tudo perfeito e o preço muito bom. Encomendarei de novo.

Excelente, rápido e o produto chegou em óptimas condições, sendo tal e qual o anunciado.

Very Good! A great and wide variety of books.
Abosultely recommend!

Fantastic! Books arrived on estimated date, and in good conditions.
I was always on track of them. The information was always updated.
Until now I would say good service in ordering and delivery.
Thanks

I ordered 3 books from a series I wasn't sure anyone would even know about, expecting the softcover low quality unknown books had. I also didn't think too much of the delivery time, as I initially thought it would be a week. Not only did they deliver the books in a high-quality, malleable (which i love) softcover quality, but one of them actually got damaged during shipping. A few days in, I got an e-mail that said they'd replace it FOR FREE with just a few days until they delivered it!!! I was speechless. Amazing price, amazing delivery, and i think it's obvious how much they care about their customers.

It was easy to find and buy the book in the website. The price was incredible. I received It and It was carefully packaged and was in perfect condition.
The only problem I have was the long time of delivery. I already know it would take so long so, It wasn't a big problem for me. However, the delivery time is a point to improve.

Excelente serviço e envio rápido, comprarei novamente ☺️☺️
