We were super well look after during the whole process by our advisor Robert, who provided excellent advice and find myself and my partner life insurances policies that we less expensive and with more cover than the old policies we had been too slow to update. I had a very positive experience with Charles
I had a very positive experience with Charles from LifeSearch. He was clear, professional, and very patient throughout the whole process.
Since English is not my first language, I really appreciated the way he explained everything slowly and made sure I understood all the details. There was no pressure at any point, and he took the time to answer all my questions properly.
Even though the application process took a bit longer, he stayed supportive and helped me through everything until it was completed.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Charles to anyone looking for reliable and friendly support.
