Misleading information about how long the process would take. Delays and poor handling meant my premium increased by a significant amount due to a birthday. End product was as requested but stressful process due to delays.

I set my policies up with life search years ago, they were great, since then I have completely changed my view on them. They call every year to see if you wanna find a better deal, last year they phoned me so many times after saying I wasn’t interested and happy with my cover, they become rude with you for saying no.
Just had the same happen today, they called, I politely said no thanks, so he just hung up on me!! I phoned back, no sorry when I asked why he hung up on me for saying no! So incredibly rude and unprofessional.
I will now look at changing all my cover to another company, would never use this company again.
Want my details removed from their systems but I’m told they can’t do that! Have opened a complaint!
