Very,very disappointed in support
Their customer support suck’s. I spent a small fortune on their technology and they can not even list a phone number. I am 65 years old with oncoming dementia. I can’t follow written instructions well and can’t set them up again. I bought these a few years back and they worked fine, then they changed stuff and they do not work anymore, and I sent emails and they ask stupid questions that I can’t answer. They think everyone in the world is as tech savvy as they think they are. A person that wants good reviews should treat people better. I wish they would buy them back they are no good to me.
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support, no phone number to call and still waiting over 2 months for a response to change bulb due to defective product. Stay away and get a hue!!!

11 days and no reply about a faulty bulb
They do not return my emails regarding support
One of my strip lights stopped working after a year and they do not reply to my emails. It's been 2 weeks.
I have an entire system of lifx lights (12 total) and I am ready to switch to Phillips. I have given them plenty of business over the years and the fact that they can't return my emails is bull.

awful experience. still waiting for a refund from an order never received. have emailed customer support team 3 times but no one replies. how do i get a refund?
Wonderful product
Wonderful product, and friendly customer support. Their support can take a few days to respond but I presume that's due to the higher demand because of Black Friday.
I've been using LIFX bulbs for a while now, and my only problem was sorted by their team. If you'd like smart lights or to just make your home more modern, I'd recommend LIFX ones as they integrate very nicely with Google Assistant.

Customer service is next to non existent. Only way is to raise a case online, did that 5 days ago still nothing. Have an email telling me their very busy and I’m not forgotten. Doesn’t help when you have 11 lights and they refuse to connect or reset. For cost customer service should be 24hrs max.
7 days so far still no reply from LIFX what a complete waste of money that was, goodbye, I’m done.
Do not buy from LIFX
Do not buy from LIFX. Their 60 day return guarantee is rubbish. My lights didn’t keep a consistent Wi-Fi connection, so after 3 days I tried to instigate a return. The website forms don’t seem to work. It took 3 weeks and 4 separate emails to receive a reply, and they gave me an Australian address to return to. I finally got that changed to a Dutch address (there is no UK one) so sent the lights back there at a cost of nearly £10. They received them two weeks ago, but refuse to reply to my emails, there is no phone number, and they still haven’t issued me a refund. It has taken 2 months so far. Do not use this cowboy company.
Customer service is appalling!
Changed my broadband provider and found my lifx light and alexa weren't talking to each other. Didnt know how to re-set it so they could - so asked for help. Got an email on 9th stating customers are important etc then another later about hard setting routers etc ??? I hadn't a clue re technology and routers never mind hard setting etc so told them that. Got another on 12th stating they are busy so cannot help at moment but having an email stating that - is better than hearing nothing! On the 12th!!!! Got another email and yet again telling me to hard set etc! If I knew how to I would have!! Grr! Waste of time! I have now gone out and bought some Phillips lights as the so called 'customer support' was useless and Phillips are fantastic!
Unless you are really technical so dont need help when things go wrong then buy their products but if not - like me! Use Phillips products
Great product
Product works perfectly for me now that I have adjusted router settings. One unit (of 8) failed after a year and was replaced without any hassle. Great service.
Customer service and after sales support is dreadful
Had the light beam for three days and the adapter died. Contacted lifx.com they told me a new adapter would be sent out two weeks later nothing, I contacted customer support again and they said it would be sent out early this week, just contacted them again and this still has not been done. So im now processing a refund for a light that I wanted to keep all because they cant be arsed to send out a replacement part. I’ve got my doubts the refund will go so smoothly either. "Tom Brennan" (Lifx's Customer Experience Representative) could do with a lesson in customer service, my "experience" taking to him was less than satisfying.
Brilliant Customer Service
I have four Lifx bulbs in my home and recently had issues with one where the green LED in a bulb failed (making the light appear much more reddish in hue).
Contacted Lifx for support and even though the bulb was purchased over four years ago (so well out of warranty), they immediately replied to say they would send me a replacement as a one-off! Great customer service!
Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service.
Order was placed online and included information for location where delivery was meant for, and only due to a request was I notified my order was cancelled due to request for delivery declined. What?! I told the hotel where the order was being delivered to what date I was arriving and the company took that as a cancellation?!
Best smart lights products ever!
Best smart lights products ever. I've tried a number of different smart light systems and I can say that the LIFX products are the best of what I've tried so far and totally worth the money. I got initially only two bulbs to try them out and then updating my entire home lights with LIFX. Just so good!
My only comment would be that their app has a pretty bad UX and sometimes it doesn't even work :( but hopefully, they will fix it. If you have Apple Home and connect your light scenes there and avoid using the app on daily basis then it's all great.

i have two bulbs from lifx, i can now be lazy and control the lights from my phone. This is what i call reinventing the light bulb !
