A Great Experience!
A great company! Ordered lights - we were immediately informed the lights were out of stock but would be delivered ASAP. A couple of days later they were delivered by an overnight courier. Everything was well packaged and in perfect order. Thank you!

No Goods received
It took 5 days to dispatch the lights, then the order hasn’t arrived after a week since
Dispatch.
Update- it was dispatched a few days after the BH with no details or the courier used. I’ve had no updates of the investigation into the missing items.

Sorry you are not happy with your order. unfortunately you ordered on a bank holiday and we do not work on bank holidays. The order was dispatched the first working day back after the bank holiday weekend with over night courier service. There for your order should have been delivered the following day. We have not received any communication to say your order had not arrived. Of course now we are aware we will look into this and find out what's happened. We apologise there has been a delay and hope to solve this for you.

Good service, good price
The price was excellent and the service good. I received the lamps around 2-3 weeks after placing the online order, as the lampshades were out of stock at the time of the order. I was offered alternatives, but I preferred to wait.

Franklite Decima semi flush matt nickel glass ceiling light
Needed two ceiling light fitting, ordered one first to check that it was what we wanted, then ordered the second. Competitive price. Excellent service and prompt delivery.

Ordered 2 lamps on Sunday night and received them on Tuesday. Lamps are of excellent quality and worth the price. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and will definitely be using again for future purchases.
