Helpful and friendly
Initially the wrong light was sent by mistake but the customer service was very helpful. They sent the correct one and collected the other light within a couple of days. Very happy with the service and the product.

Was quick to ask us if we wanted our money back after accepting the order and payment made. Maybe, should not take payment first if stock is not there!
Re:your response. No need to be so defensive, I thought this was a site where we were allowed to provide our reviews and transparency of your service.
You took my payment details so maybe you should have a system where you check stock first before you collect sensitive data. Hopefully you will be a little bit less defensive and take this as feedback!!

I have just looked up your order and you had all fitting from us and all communication was brilliant. We explained only 5 of your requested 12 wall lights were in stock. You asked for the 5 and was happy to wait for the rest which you have received. sorry you feel small family run businesses should manage stock better but with our staff it is not possible that is why the website states due to stock availability. However you kept your order and no bad comments on quality or our communication so we are happy with that. May we request you read before handing over your " sensitive data". As our terms and condition state no money leaves any ones account until fittings are shipped out. Glad you are happy with your wall lights, shame you could not leave an honest review for a successful hard working family business.

I didn’t feel that the confirmation was adequate having not used them previously. However, they did arrange a delivery of the order. So far as I can see we have received what we ordered but haven’t had the opportunity to check yet.
If their website confirmation was more detailed my fears would have been unfounded.

Excellent all round.
I rang Lights2u for a lamp I was having difficulty sourcing. Phil, not only checked the stock (twice), he rang me back to confirm they had it. Within three days it was ordered and delivered. Excellent condition and excellent service; and all for less cost than others were quoting! I will definitely use them again.

No order arrived, ignored emails...
I also placed an order for c.£350 which was not despatched within the claimed timescale. No update from Lights2U. They replied to one 'chasing' email with a new delivery time, which they failed to achieve. No update from them. Ignored 2 further emails.
To add insult to injury, on Dec 22nd they replied on Trustpilot claiming that because I did not leave an order number I must be a fake reviewer! No. Mine is a genuine and factual review from a real dissatisfied customer. The reason I did not give transaction details is that I wanted nothing more to do with them! I no longer want their help! It's a weak and incompetent company that fails its customers then accuses them of faking - a lesson they must have learned from the Donald Trump book of misinformation.

As we have not had any response, we can only guess you are a fake review.
Poor service.
Placed an order which was not despatched within the promised timescale. Contacted Lights2u after there was no update from them. Promised to ring back with an update but did not do this. When I rang back again they were unable to give me any details at all about my order leaving me with no idea as to if and when it would be sent. I have cancelled my order and placed it with someone else. Lights2u may be very competitive on price but very disappointing service. Would not use again.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately the manufacture stock never came in when they said it would and they could not give me a confirmed delivery date. We do apologize you was left disapointed.
Found some lights at half the price I…
Found some lights at half the price I had seen them elsewhere. When I unpacked them one of the glass shades had a chip out of it. I sent a photo to Elliot at Lights2U and he arranged a replacement to be sent out. It wasn't super quick but regardless it came :) Thank you. I would use Lights2U again.
