Late delivery and false advertising
Ordered numerous amount of lights on 5th October for part of our delivery to only arrive today, 15th December, after being told numerous times they would have arrived before now. We have an electrician waiting on these arriving.
Yes we got a refund of £100 but do not advertise 7-21 day postage.
The lights we ordered are meant to be marble and look white and black, however, when they have arrived they look nothing like what was advertised. I know it will be because they are a natural material etc but they look NOTHING like advertised.
Really disappointing and won’t be using this company again

We’re truly sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused, particularly with your electrician scheduled, we completely understand how disruptive this can be.
Throughout the process, we remained in ongoing contact, providing updates as we received them from our logistics partners, and we issued a £100 goodwill refund to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by the delay.
Regarding the marble finish, as noted on our product pages, marble is a natural material, and variations in colour, veining, and tone are inherent and unavoidable. While we do our best to represent this accurately in photography, no two pieces will ever be identical.
We regret that the product did not meet your expectations and are sorry to hear you won’t be shopping with us again. Your feedback has been taken on board and is being reviewed internally.
Very bad experience with this service
Very bad experience with this service. Recently I moved houses and order thousand of item from online. I received them straight way but unfortunately my from light trend I order two chandelier but nothing it’s been 3 weeks but no email for tracing the item and no clear instruction. After back and forth contacting with them they not even informing anything about my order. They keep giving me excuse the delivery can’t locate my item. Such a dishonest company I had been experience in my life. Uncertainty to get my item or my money back. Never ever buy anything from this company.

Shit Trend
Where do i start? We ordered several hundreds of ££ worth (2 pendant lights), months ago and have had various aborted postal updates since but no lights. Sometimes fittings have apparently not left the factory, some lost in transit.
Reading between the lines the lights are coming from somewhere like China and the uk dropshipping company dont have their suppliers under control. Go somewhere else.
