I bought a chandelier for our staircase, and it's absolutely gorgeous! The quality is exceptional, it's sturdy, well made, and the material is premium. My husbands an electrician and installed it easily. The delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I wanted something unique for my dining room, so I went the bespoke chandelier option, and wow it's absolutely stunning. The team was super helpful, walking me through the design process and making sure everything fit my style and space. It did take a bit longer than a standard order (understandably), but the wait was so worth it. Can't recommend Light Trend enough if you're after something custom made!

I purchased a chandelier for my hallway from Light Trend, I had to wait around 5 weeks for delivery but they customised it for me to exactly what i wanted and needed. Really happy with the outcome and how helpful they was.
Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re genuinely sorry for the distress this situation has caused. It’s deeply disappointing to hear that the light arrived in such poor condition, and we sincerely apologise for any frustration and inconvenience that followed.
We do our utmost to package our products carefully, with multiple layers of protection to prevent transit damage, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough in this instance. We understand how upsetting it must have been to open your package and find the light damaged. When this was reported to us, we immediately began the claims process with the delivery company, which can take time as they assess the situation. However, we recognize that this added delay in resolving your case must have felt frustrating, and we’re truly sorry for that.
Our goal is always to provide a positive experience for each and every one of our customers. We’re taking your feedback seriously to ensure we can better respond to issues like this in the future.
