I spoke to a lovely woman called Jess, amazing service they arranged to come out to my home and measure and give ideas to what would work and what wouldn’t. highly recommended will most definitely be using them again

Very Disappointing
When ordering we were told the delivery date would be 7/10 days following the order, over 3 weeks later and several phone calls. The products arrived in a sorry state packaging was inadequate. The products fell well below the standard for the price paid. The components were cheap and poorly manufactured.

I don’t usually write a review, but feel this company should have all the attention it deserves, I brought a chandelier for my very large lounge, which looks stunning, the lovely Honey helped me choose, such excellent service, delivery was prompt, nothing was to much trouble, cannot express how fantastic the service was, would definitely recommend them, and would definitely use this company again. Four of the strings holding the glass…
Four of the strings holding the glass strands were broken. Could you please replace them as soon as possible. The Electricien said he could come back on Monday 2nd October to hang them.
