Super fast delivery and a really good…
Super fast delivery and a really good selection of native pond plants. I bought the mixed oxygenators for 1 meter coverage. OK, it may take a short while to grow to that, but the plants are in good condition so I have every confidence. Just need some floating plants and the quality of these has encouraged me to use Lincolnshire Plants again.

Everything important to transporting a plant is taken into account
I have bought plants online before and mostly been so disappointed with the packaging or quality of plant but not this time. Large cardboard box with blown up bags and nestled inside a plastic ( recyclable ) carton a large plant pot with a decent sized plant. I planted straight away as only needed immersing in my pond and now I am holding my breath for a beautiful show of orange fluffy Pom poms which will get better each year and hopefully will make me smile for many years to come. Also this plant turned up well before it was due so another positive to a great company

Do not recommend
I ordered bare root plants that were listed in stock and paid for 48 hour delivery. Took over a month to arrive, the plants were mouldy, and one tiny with broken roots. Multiple emails and phone calls were unanswered. It’s also clear they use third party suppliers for the plants and do not produce them themselves. I would avoid!
To note after escalating, the reply below, and multiple emails I was able to persuade them to refund (they originally asked for the plants to be returned before they would refund at my cost, which felt spurious as they could not be resold and I provided clear pictures.) I have reflected the review as a result but it took far too much time and persistence.

Highly recommend! My pond plants arrived quickly, they were carefully packaged and arrived safely. I am new to aquatic gardening and I was given extremely helpful advice and tips over the phone both before and after my delivery. The plants are thriving and my little pond looks great!

Healthy plant, speedy service

Read the website with great care…
This is a website which needs to be read with great care before ordering. I placed an order in October '25 for £150 worth of perennials, mainly described as '3L', which on gardening websites denotes a plant in a pot of that size. Pricing was attractive and it appeared that the nursery wanted to clear stock before the winter with some to be delivered in October and the rest in March '26. Nothing was delivered in October and I assumed I had misread the website. Requests for an indicative delivery date in March yielded nothing - and a box finally arrived in mid-April. The box contained only bare-rooted plants, some dried-out, some etiolated, most had clearly never been near a 3L pot - a 12 inch square plastic bag purported to contain 10 Rudbeckia 'Goldsturm' ex-such pots! I rejected the entire order as not being of merchantable quality, or as described, and returned the bare roots. The company refunded my order, but declined to cover the return postage. A company with which I shall not do business again.

Lilllies in pots
I have bought 2 miniature pond lilies in pots they arrived on time. They were very well packed. In fact it took me nearly 10 minutes to unpack them. The plants were good and healthy A good buy. Only criticism I have there were no instructions on how to put them in my pond. Ie how deep should they be immersed. I eventually put string through the holes on the top of the plant pot and lowered it gently to the bottom of my pond. About two feet deep. Just hope this is right depth. Now waiting to see how they grow. No reason to think they will not grow well.

As a general guide, most miniature water lilies do well in around 15–30cm (6–12 inches) of water above the pot, so you may find adjusting the depth slightly helps them establish and perform at their best. Water lilies came great
Water lilies came great, except one variety X2 that had no roots and very little growth, just two pieces of tuber.

Water lilies should have a healthy root system and viable growth points, so receiving tubers with little or no roots is understandably disappointing.

I've still not received my order one…
I've still not received my order one week after my order when it should have arrived in 48 hours. I sent an enquiry on Wednesday and was told my order would be dispatched in the next day or two and Royal Mail tracking reference still says they've not received my item. The delay is frustrating with no further updates.

3L bare rooted Geranium Azure came as tiny plants
I bought 3L bare rooted Geranium Azure Rush pre-ordered 5 months previously. What arrived ranged between a plug size and maybe 9 cm pot.
After many emails I was told 3L refers to the size they would grow -(not heard of that one before).
Eventually I was offered a refund if I returned the plants so I asked for a prepaid label and heard nothing more.

Really poor service and delivery time
Really poor service and delivery time, been a week and still no delivery.
Tried to phone - no answer
Used the Bot help and it informed me my order had been processed.
Requested a human response received an email to say sorry for the delay where struggling with backlog. It’ll be another week. Would have been nice to have been informed of this rather than chasing around, especially as your advertising 48 hour tracked.
