All the pond plants I've ordered from…
All the pond plants I've ordered from this company have been faultless so I thought I'd buy some Helenium plants that seemed very good value for 1l and 3l items. What arrived months later were dried up tiny bareroot twigs - 2 of which were completely dead. Only one showed some signs of life. Like other reviewers have said, the company says the 1l and 3 litre sizes refer to the size they will grow to, not current size. I have never heard that before from any online plant seller. They've told me to return the dead plants - at my expense presumably.

We understand your frustration regarding the condition on arrival, the interpretation of pot sizes, and the request to return items at your own expense. That’s clearly not the experience you expected, and we apologise for the confusion and disappointment caused.
For clarity, container sizes are typically intended to indicate the growing potential/established pot size at maturity, but we appreciate this isn’t always clearly understood and should be communicated more transparently.

I did not buy these for a pond
I did not buy these for a pond. I got a big bowl and put them in to introduce my 2 year old to bond life. We touch the plant she love it.

I rang for advice re oxygenating plants for our pond. Very helpful information was given and a few days later the plants arrived well packaged and appeared to be in healthy condition. This is my second purchase from Lincs Plants and am a happy customer.

Easy to choose and order due to information on their website.
Product arrived well packaged, in individual labelled bags. Plants are healthy and arrived moist which kept them in good condition
Used website to set up the planting basket with the soil provided. Fortunately I already had gravel. Will consider again in future.😀

Excellent service and products
I ordered 10 mixed native pond snails yesterday. They arrived with the postie early this morning. They were really well packaged and very healthy. I put them in my pond and they all moved within 10 minutes. Excellent service. Hopefully they will eat the algae and keep the pond clean.

I ordered plants in October to arrive…
I ordered plants in October to arrive in March and they arrived in May. Plants were underwhelming in size and arrived looking tired. Also revived one fewer than I should have. Issue was not dealt with and customer service not great although they did respond by email. Will not use again.

A delay from March until May, combined with smaller-than-expected plants, a missing item, and concerns over plant condition, is understandably frustrating. We also apologise that you felt the issue was not properly resolved despite being in contact by email.
Your feedback regarding dispatch timing, quality expectations, and customer service has been noted and will be reviewed internally as we work to improve both communication and order fulfilment.
They are all thriving now.
When the plants arrived they didn't look in great shape and some were very small!
However after repotting they have all pulled through and are now thriving. I am very happy with the end result and would buy from them again.

STILL waiting on my order from September with a guaranteed March delivery and they are now refusing to refund the order despite it being so late. This is against the law. I will now be taking this to citizens advice to pass to trading standards. Absolute theives.
