I ordered 2 xl twin fitted sheets.
I received them and washed them and today put them on my beds. They fit way to wide and have problems with terrible bunching.
The size was supposed to be 38.5 inches wide and is at least 2 to 3 inches wider than the bed.
These are super expensive fitted sheets at $140 each so I expect much better.

We loveee our new napkins and tea towels and really appreciated their speedy responses and help.
I found LinenMe just recently but I've bought several pieces of linen for dressmaking. It's beautiful quality and a good price. Each order arrived quickly. I reached out to Justina in Customer Service with a couple of questions and had a reply within a couple of hours. Can't ask for more! Already planning future purchases!
I sent 2 emails with a complaint and photos for a dress purchased 2 months ago that came completely unstitched under the arms.

I recently ordered the Oversized Ruth Buttonup shirt in blue. I am a huge linen clothing fan and the quality of the linen as well as the workmanship is remarkable. Justina was so patient with me, returning several emails and getting the custom order just right for my measurements. I was so pleased when the delivery was expedited by Justina to arrive for a special occasion. The details of the product, the customer service, the shipping, and the ease of communicating made this purchase amazing!

I purchased my linen sheets January of 2023, and was annoyed at the amount of lint I had to vacuum off my bed and floor but I just accepted it as they’re very expensive so can’t afford to just buy more in the hope for a better outcome.
I just emailed them not for that reason but that my fitted sheet has torn and the top sheet is showing signs of it tearing, even after a year of owning them they’re still not the soft sheet I was told they would become as they aged. They emailed me back saying they can only offer me a 15% discount and no replacement would be offered. I would not recommend this company for the reason that the quality is not as advertised. Really poor quality and constant cleaning lint. If only I could post a photo so I can show and warn others of the poor quality.

I now have two of their linen kitchen aprons. The only ones I could find that were plain and simple, good quality and at a good size with long enough ties to fit me (a man). This order went astray (a mis-address in the order) but they responded to emails and sent a replacement.
The customer service is wonderful.
The linen is perfect.

I have bought linen fabric from LinenMe numerous times over the last few years. They offer a wide selection of material. The cloth arrives from Lithuania in a relatively short time. I have found their customer service to be very helpful.
There is much to like about these towels but sadly they produce so much lint they are basically unusable. Even after several months of washing separately and changing detergent on the advice of LinenMe the towels still produced enough lint to block the pump on my washing machine. Other washes come out covered in lint too. I have contacted LinenMe a few times about this, each time I have been told this amount of lint is to be expected. If I’d known that beforehand I would not have bought the towels.

Linenme flags one star reviews to keep them hidden.
This is not an honest company. They use a Canadian domain, and claim they are UK based, confusing a customer as they end up thinking this is a Canadian/british based brand (like me and all the other 1 star reviews). However when you get your tracking info you will find your item is coming from LITHUANIA. This is not in plain sight on their website, only in the very fine print. This is deceiving and seems purposely done.
I paid $60 for ONE linen towel. It came absolutely pilled and of low quality. It does not resemble linen and took longer to air dry than my cotton towels.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Returns are NOT FREE as you have to pay shipping TO LITHUANIA.
The towel I got is trash. Going straight to it too.

Excellent customer service and great quality at reasonable price. I ordered two jackets and asked for express delivery so they'd arrive in time for an important event. Justina was super helpful and responsive by email. Jackets arrived on time and I'm very pleased with colours and fit. Will be supporting this small, eco-friendly company by purchasing more in the future.
This company uses a Canadian domain (.ca). I was under the impression this was coming from Canada but now see through the tracking it's coming from Lithuania. This is not an honest company. Reading the past reviews I can see they even used a UK based domain at one point. They are clearly trying to deceive customers. Truly disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Absolute liars. Going to return this junk right away.
Update 5/26: linenme is flagging my review for "harmful and illegal content". Nothing in my review contains that. They are trying to hide my review which as I said above, shows they are a disgusting company.
Update 6/22: linenme - I have already provided you with my order number to which I received a $3 credit which I will never use. No I will not provide you with my phone number. What a strange thing to ask for. Usually a company will provide their business phone number for the customer to call. For the quality of the product, the tomfoolery on the website, and the fact that you flagged my review because I used words like "ashamed" and "disgusting" is yes .. disgusting and childish. There you go, a new word for you.

Ich bestelle seit knapp 2 Jahren regelmäßig Leinenstoffe bei LinenMe. Die Stoffqualität ist herausragend, die Nuancen der Farben sehr besonders und normalerweise schwer zu finden. Eine tolle Firma!
The follow-up customer service from Karolina in Western Australia was exceptional.
I don't buy many things online and when the curtains I purchased didn't match the room as planned, I was dreading trying to return them. It turned out to be a very easy process - especially being able to talk to someone in person.
I was then sent several samples from which to choose another colour. I chose the 'TERRA&FRINGE Natural'.
The curtains are lovely.
However, the curtains on the website in that colour, appear very much darker in the photos than they actually are and I would never have chosen the colour if I had not been sent the samples.
So pleased with purchase, the best Linen scarf ever - very high-quality - such a lovely team - UPS postage takes a while to delivery UK (not Linenme's fault) but so worth the wait. Will be ordering shirt and additional scarf. Thank you again Justina and team - will recommend to friends and family x

BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK AND NEED TO RETURN ALL OR PART OF YOUR ORDER
In January this year I ordered two linen throws and two linen cushion covers online. Total value was £279.95. Three weeks later, the day before UPS planned to deliver the goods, I received a text from them advising me that I must pay £61.05 in import duty before they would deliver. I contacted Linenme and was advised that their company. pay the import duty. None of this is explained on their website. But, happily, first glitch resolved.
The goods arrived the following day. Whilst they appeared to be very reasonable quality, the actual colour of both throws and cushion covers was a country mile off the colour depicted online. I contacted Linenme again to query their returns process. I was advised the goods must be returned to the manufacturing plant in Lithuania (even though Linenme has a postal address in Woking in the UK). My money would be refunded once the returned goods were received. At this stage I had no idea how much it would cost to send a 2.6kg parcel (2.6kg was the weight stated on my invoice) to Lithuania. It was a bit of a shock when I went to the Post Office. The parcel actually weighed 3.849kg, and to send it by the cheapest method possible - but with enhanced compensation up to £280 in case it didn't arrive at Linenme - cost me £54.12.
When, three and a half weeks after posting, my contact at Linenme told me the parcel hadn't arrived I was advised by my local Post Office that as I only had 30 days to submit a claim for a lost parcel I should send a claim form straightaway. It cost me another £7.60 to send my claim recorded delivery to Wakefield.
After chasing up my Linenme contact several times I was advised on 14 March that my parcel had now cleared Lithuanian customs and a refund would be issued. But again, a bit of sharp practice. Linenme has only refunded me £269.95 and not £279.95. I'm told the £10 I'm short is because whilst I paid for shipping, Linenme has to pay for couriers!!
NONE OF THIS IS MENTIONED ON THE LINENME WEBSITE. I CERTAINLY WONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I'M SURE THAT IF THE GOODS RECEIVED ARE SUITABLE THERE'S NO PROBLEM. BUT BEWARE OF ALL THE NOT-MENTIONED COSTS IF YOU NEED TO RETURN.
I ordered a linen maxi wrap skirt.It took rather a long time for delivery.
However I am very pleased with the skirt,it is very well made with decent linen,a lovely colour,in fact just as I was hoping for.The skirt was shorter than I thought,which worked in my favour actually.
