Ordered two cushion covers. Too small so returned them at my own cost. Have not heard a thing since. Messaged several times to customer service without response. Complicated and costly. Sad as I want to give business to small European companies.
Horrendous and extremely stressful experience. Bought waffle towels that covered my washing machine, floors, and other clothes with lint. This ruined my cloths and I had to get rid of them. I followed all instructions- washing towels separately, washing with salt and vinegar, no fabric softener etc Even after 12 washes they still leave lint everywhere. Extremely stressful. Asked for a refund and was offered other towels in unsuitable colors. After many weeks they finally said they would refund me but I am yet to receive said refund and that was weeks ago.
A shocking company that has lied to me consistently. This Lithuanian company took my money and every day said the package would arrive but it never did. Have asked for my money back but now, funnily enough, they do not reply to me. I have no idea if I have been scammed or not. I feel I have or perhaps they are just a rude and incompetent. My advice is to avoid given the woeful customer service that suddenly clams up when there is a problem.

Everything from LinenMe is fantastic, beautiful and luxurious. It is soft and cozy. I can't imagine sleeping in any other bedding. I order from LinenMe all the time and I never had a problem. I recommend it. LinenMe- thank you very much! I love it x

5* weil die Qualität super ist. Die Ware sehr schnell geliefert wurde und der Kundendienst super freundlich ist. Es kann mal passieren, dass eine Naht nicht sauber vernäht ist. Hier wurde mir sofort ein Rücksendeetikett geschickt und ein Austausch angeboten. Was ich gerne angenommen habe. Ich freue mich nun auf das eine noch fehlende Badetuch. Die Qualität ist auf ganzer Linie sehr gut! ich kann die schlechten EMpfehlungen wirklich nicht verstehen.
I am disappointed that what comes across as a UK company is not. I ordered a item that is not suitable on top of the item taking over 10 days to be delivered. They want me to pay their tax for using a supplier that is not UK braised. £8.99 for me to post the item back is unacceptable having already paid the delivery cost. Plus having to wait for it to arrive back to the manufacturer.Beware the hidden cost an they are not open about not having any UK stock.
Same experience as Tiggy. Needed to return items, and was told it'd cost £8.99 to return to Lithuania. Nowhere mentioned in the T&C that you have to return to a non-UK address at double the normal cost. Cost me £20 for delivery to me/return delivery, for two cushion covers weighing nothing, for a company based in the UK. Total rip off.
Same as Tiggy, I told them they need to flag this up. But still nothing has changed in the T&C.
Will be reporting this company to trading standards.

The reply from LinenMe of 25 Nov 2022 states they offer free returns. This is not true. In addition, they say “returns only for products which are damaged”. This is not in accordance with UK law for online selling, nor stated in the T&C. And indeed, I was refunded for non-faulty goods, - the problem is the excessive postage charge to a non-UK address.

Do not buy from this company. Do not recommend at all. Ordered a sample that didn’t arrive and the company’s customer service doesn’t take any responsibility. The best advice they can give me is to go to the post office here (uk) even though I have explained that I have checked the tracking number online on the Royal Mail website and the tracking number is not recognised. As a business they should take responsibility and support the client and not sign post somewhere else. Happy I bought the sample instead of the full product. Definitely not using them again. Terrible customer service and sense of responsibility.
I wish I’d read the reviews before I bought from LinenMe. Lovely products but I would not recommend buying if you think you may return anything. It’s not stated on their website but they get returned back to Lithuania via Snail Mail! It costs £9.99 and is a real hassle to get all the international documents sorted. I have recommended to LinenMe that they state this on their website as it says it’s based in Woking. They haven’t done this. Sadly I won’t buy again from here.
I previously placed an order that was fine, and happy with the product. And even more pleased to learn I now have a€29.60 bonus.
However, for weeks now I have been trying to place and order to use this bonus and the site does not function. I have spoken to and emailed a very pleasant but utterly useless rep, with no results.
I yet again tried to place an order last night using a Wise card, following Nathalie’s instructions to order at the full price and I would be refunded.
But today nothing!!
I would like this order processed and my refund credited

I have not been satisfied with my order and I let the company know more than a week ago and hoped we could rectify the situation and have a discussion about the issues but no communication has come back. My order of duvet and pillows had a very unpleasant smell- like a chemical. I know natural smells because that’s all I use. I only ever use linen sheets. Something went wrong and this was not a natural smell. I made up the bed (to see what it looked like). I realised it did not fit the duvet properly - it was baggy/loose fit despite ordering the correct size. And there was a snag on the material. My husband fell sleep in the made up bed- When he woke up he said- that duvet cover made me really hot. Sure enough it did! It made me think it’s related to that chemical smell. I contacted the company. I have had messages from the online agent telling me to contact a particular person but then I hear nothing. It’s been over a week. Very poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from linenme again. I try to support smaller, sustainable companies every chance I can. I love linen but this company needs guidance on how to deal with customers.
In addition, I was also hit with a customs charge that was not at all obvious when purchasing. Most upfront, honest companies make it very clear. I had to go back and search the fine print after I paid because I thought I was incorrectly charged. Not helpful at all and not very transparent, they have the duty to make it very clear to customers.
I love it! The thick than usual linen has a wonderful feel and drapes well without overly creasing. The workmanship is ten out of ten, perfectly finished with no loose threads. Shipped in a timely manner, considering these chaotic times, and packaged with care. I highly recommend LinenMe.

Really disappointing customer service. Phone not answered and left messages twice over 3 days. Emailed and nothing.
Am getting concerned it is a scam. Paid for speedy delivery and need to know where the order is as will have to go out today to buy replacement for the order elsewhere. Just told it’s in production. A shambolic organisation accepting orders (and payment) for goods they don’t have. Also accepting speedy delivery. They don’t deserve to be operating! Wasted a lot of time and now majorly inconvenient.
There is no mention when buying that the site is based in Lithuania, so if you order you will be whacked with customs and duty charges.
Would advise caution buying online. Colour was not as appeared in photos and return address was in Lithuania, entailing high return postage costs - despite a UK address in Surrey which was "unfortunately unavailable."
They were very helpful before I ordered - answered questions quickly etc. but the quality of the towels is poor. They're very thin and the waffle is very small.
