Outer's products continue to impress. I've had one sofa for over 6 years now and still looks good as new. I've since purchased another seating set and accessories. All products are top notch. They truly care about their customers and the customer experience. If you want furniture that will last and be as comfy as the day you purchased it, Outer is for you!

Outer outdoor furniture (outdoor wicker couch and 2 armless chairs) was one of the most difficult purchases I have made because its more expensive then I wanted to pay for outdoor furniture and more than I usually spend. However, it was absolutely the right decision, no question. The quality is incredible and unlike my friends who purchased cheap outdoor furniture, my set has already lasted 4 years and looks brand new even though it has been outside continuous on an open deck. It is incredibly comfortable, and the cushions have maintained themselves over the years. The easy-to-use integrated rain covers are the best thing since sliced bread, probably better than sliced bread. I have had a couple of small issues over the years and outer has stood behind their warranty every time. I love this couch and the modular functionality has allowed me to rearrange and add more pieces over time. It is my favorite piece of furniture in my entire home. Their customer service is unmatched. Im looking at moving into a new house and when I look at a property, the first thing I think about is where is my outer couch going to go. I bought an outdoor rug and it didnt work in my space being outside all the time and not being able to dry out quick enough. The rug might work in a drier sunnier climate or under a covered deck/patio. I am keeping the rug in storage until I have a right set up for it.

Absolutely love our Outer furniture! It is gorgeous! We have had it for almost 3 years, it is comfortable & easy to clean & still looks new!
We like that you can design your pieces to fit your space. The pull over covers are brilliant to protect from rains & the winter cover fits perfectly and really protects it from the elements.
Two of our pieces were damaged in transit, they responded immediately & sent us replacements. One of our cushions had a burn hole from a fire pit & I was able to purchase a new cover.
We have been so happy with our Outer Furniture & highly recommend it!

We ordered our furniture on May 27 (under my wife's name - Monika D), with shipment date stated to be end of June. End of June has passed, but we haven't received any communication so far about shipment, delay, or otherwise. Customer service is impossible to get hold of, despite multiple attempts to contact. All we are trying to get is an update about the status of our order. Very disappointing for a company that sells a premium product.

Our Outer furniture is amazing! We researched a lot of companies while doing a major backyard renovation and chose Outer. They are definitely not inexpensive, but we didn't want cheap. We wanted something that functioned as well as our indoor furniture in both looks and comfort, basically turning our backyard into an extension of our home. The covers keep the furniture clean and it is very easy to quickly roll them up and hide away for use. We have zero regrets in making this investment in quality furniture.

We have enjoyed our Outer furniture for about 6 years now and it still looks great! I’ve noticed that other brands of outdoor furniture seem to deteriorate after a year or two but ours still looks like new. We pressure wash the base each spring and keep the cushions in the basement in the winter. I have only washed the covers once. What luxurious naps I have taken on that couch!

love the product. we have a 7 piece teak set as well as a 7 piece aluminum set. they are 3 and 4 years old and still look like new. very solidly built. nothing wobbles or squeaks. obviously we love the integrated covers. so easy and keeps the furniture clean when not in use. we live on a lake with a missive maple tree over both sets, so there's a lot of debris that comes down and those darn bird droppings. i can't imagine what the furniture would look like without those covers! i definitely recommend Outer!

Great product. Modular, durable, beautiful. We live in UT and we leave the furniture out all year. It has worn well and is super comfortable. We can rearrange as needed and it can seat 12 or accommodate 3 or 4 for a nap session. Love it!

We absolutely LOVE this company!! We have one of them metal sectional sofas and it's been over 4 years and hands down the best sofa we have owned. We live in Southern California so the covers are perfect (instead of the old way of lugging them back and forth)! They are really comfortable and super easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I’ve been an Outer customer and Host for several years. While the furniture is not inexpensive, almost all their pieces are far less expensive than the old school outdoor luxury brands, and outer offers fresh designs, the cool self contained cover system and several ways to lower your initial investment. Obviously there are their retail sales that offer varying % off. I think the highest discount is offered in the fall around traditional Black Friday shopping periods. Then, there are credits/discounts if you participate in the Host program, referrals, loyalty purchases. And it’s worth it! My pieces look as they did when they arrived! I used customer service myself and on behalf of one of my customers- amazing and responsive! Yes, nothing is perfect but Outer makes some pretty close items! Enjoy!

We love our Outer 5-piece wicker patio set SO MUCH (we have both the grey and white cushions). Living in South Florida, outdoor furniture tends to get so dirty but thanks to the Outer shell, our furniture stays covered until we want to use it--clean and dry all the way! It's truly the last set we'll ever have to buy. Best investment! Highly recommend!

I bought a full set of wicker furniture from Outer three years ago and could not be happier with the quality and appearance of this furniture. I shopped for more outdoor furniture this spring - looking at Crate and Barrel, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Costco, but nothing beats the quality of this furniture and the convenience of the built-in covers. We are ordering more!

Outer furniture is the best we’ve ever bought, owned it for 3+ years and still loving it! It is comfortable & easy to take care of. My favorite feature is the protective cover that stored rolled up behind the back cushion when you need it, unroll it over the cushions to protect it from the Dewey mornings or rain! If they do get wet, they do dry quickly.

I ordered my first Outer Furniture just after Covid started. Talk about shipping issues! I had zero patience for the process and called customer support nonstop when I had an issue. The Outer team, Stephanie, Ally and others went above and beyond to make things right. I became an Outer ambassador and honestly feel like a part of the family. And, the furniture?! It is now 5 years old and still looks and feels amazing. So incredibly comfortable. And we never take the cushions off so they have to handle the 4 seasons in NC. It’s a worthy investment.

I am so impressed with Outer furniture! I've had my Outer 3 pc. couch, 2 arm chairs, and teak extension table with 8 chairs, for several years and they are still like new. I love these products because they're super high quality, functional and comfortable. I did have to wait a couple of months to receive some of my pieces, but I knew that when I ordered. It was well worth the wait and I would not hesitate to do it again.
