LIV Residental DK Avis 

I have lived there for almost a year and this residence is really nice. The apartments are comfy and they sometimes do nice events in summer or Christmas seasons! Also commun space outside are very nice, clean and able to host sunny lunches!

Jeg fik aldrig underskrevet kontrakten da der opstod uforventede komplikationer på min side så dette er udelukkende en rating af deres kommunikation i anledning af at leje en ejendom.

Jeg oplevede hurtige svar med venlig tone og en stor ihærdighed med at løse de problemer jeg kom med. Selv da jeg desværre blev nødt til at afslå lejligheden med meget kort varsel var tilbagemeldingen forstående og venlig.

Det var primært Niklas der hjalp mig. Ham kan jeg sku ikke klage over.

I’ve had an excellent experience with LIV Residential DK, and a big part of that is thanks to Oliver. The service has been professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or concerns are handled with patience and attention to detail.

Hold jer langt væk fra dette udenlandske firma, alt drejer sig om penge penge og atter penge.
Vi flyttede ind i Hylden Hedehusene som nogen af de første lejere og betalte fuld husleje fra dag 1.
Få dage efter indflytning kan vi konstatere at de nu giver 2 mdr huslejefrihed, altså har de lige snydt os for 25.000,-!!
Da man prøver at kontakte firmaet angående dette er de ikke til at komme i kontakt med (selvfølgelig) uanset hvem man kontakter får man bare en sludder for en sladder. Da det er et stort internationalt firma tør, advokater og andre indenfor lejeret ikke indgå i en sag mod dem, så alt er altså lovligt fra deres side og det udnytter de.
Lejlighederne i Hedehusene er i flere mdr henover vinteren uden varme uden nogen gør noget andet end at påstår de arbejder på sagen.
Vi er heldigvis flytte ud igen og vil nu bare gerne advare andre om at komme i kløerne på Liv Residential.

Niklas' response rate on my inquiries is quite good and fast.

The employees are communicative and accommodating, but it seems like there are not enough people for the quantity of apartments being shown, which results in the communications being difficult sometimes. Like other reviews have said, there can be good results, but it requires patience.

During the stage of the showing everything was fine, they were there on the dot, we hadn't any problems.

The reason why I give this 4 star is because after we decided to rent the apartment, they never responded to our calls so everything had to be in emails.

They answer in the end but you have to be patient.

Lovely aparment and smooth leasing process.

I love the tenant app, makes it very easy to get in contact with other tenants and solve technical issues.

My friend and I rented a 4 room apartment after a friend of mine.

The person I was talking to was quick to reply (never taking more than 2 days), helpful and always polite. There was some technical issue with sending the contract, however it was quickly resolved.

In comparison to other sites I tried renting from this one was the most reliable and user friendly. I have never been ghosted and from the emails I got I could see they wanted to help the best they could.

Overall it was a good experience.

I applied for two open houses with them on the soonest dates. For a 3-room and a 4-room apartment. For the first they did not even show up or they showed different apartments and claimed the ones I applied for were unavailable.
