The absolute worst customer service of any store ever. Was told their computer system didn't make mistakes for receipents address. Well it does.i ended up paying twice. Will never go back.

Outstanding service.

The UPS Store at 3500 Main Street, Amherst, NY gave excellent, friendly customer service. I had a 20 lb. set of books to be packaged and shipped, 8 lb. of shredding, and mail to send, and each task was done with professionalism. I highly recommend them.

They will damage and steal your items!

If I could give this a zero stars I would in a heart beat! I got married on 2/28 and brought my bouquet(Sola Woods fake flowers) and other various wedding items to be shipped to my address so I would not have to bring them on my honeymoon(we are from Ohio). I have been told my UPS stores before to do the Pack and Ship because they will make sure my items would be safe as I was worried with these items being so precious to me! Never did I expect the NIGHTMARE I would be dealing with coming home from my honeymoon. First off the bad experience started in the store with the staff member Tara. She kept wrapping my veil around the bouquet after being asked not too. On top of that when I came home and unpacked my items so excited to see them again the veil had a hole punctured in it and was wrapped around the bouquet. My flowers were smooshed and a flower has been CUT OFF! She stole from my bouquet! Do NOT have Tara touch your items!!
When I went to file a claim on UPS it stated I needed to contact the store. I tried a few time since coming home but the numbers available would not connect. I finally found an email and emailed the store. The “store owner” Sharon Silva was extremely rude and stating she REFUSES to help me file a claim stating she has a “he said she said” problem and she “does not think that any of my items would qualify for reimbursement”.
I have been in contact with customer relations trying to sort it all out and to the point of filing a police report against Tara for stealing my property. Do not go to this store with your items that you truly care about as they have a staff member who clearly steals.

I went to store #2441 in Port Townsend…

I went to store #2441 in Port Townsend WA to return an Amazon package. Being an
non-technical person Kleve was the nice young man who helped me. He explained the process plus showed me every step using my cell and all the info I had to return the package to Amazon. I am impressed with UPS Store #2441. Thank You K[ever for you professional and patient helpyou gave this woman.

You know if you have prepaid label on…

You know if you have prepaid label on your package and just dropping it off it’s fine. Let me tell you though they will charge you for any little thing they can. So I couldn’t print a prepaid label I had and the associate said I had to email to them off my phone and it was 3 dollars to print. It’s a prepaid label and they could scan it. It’s not the 3 dollars it’s trying to get every dollar out of you. They also charge 7 dollars for notary. Every time I go there it’s a charge for something else. They are always trying to get more money

Deliberate Delivery to wrong Locations

My package was mailed through UPS with tracking number 1Z47Y4F94273881365. It was delivered at a CVS pharmacy in Olathe Kansas to another person instead of my home address which was all correct in their system. I waited for three days and tracked and had to drive 30 minutes to an UPS store where the manager traced the delivery to a CVS pharmacy. I had to drive there before I received my package. This wasn't a great experience given that I paid for the package to be shipped and had to drive half an hour again searching for its whereabouts. CVS told me UPS was fund of doing that.

(( THE UPS STORE # 2420,PERRYSBURG,OHIO ))

....A few UPS stores I have used were honestly good.
....That being said, the UPS store # 5420, located in Perrysburg, Ohio is honestly a disgrace, as the owner- manager "Chris Tudor", is not only nefarious , but very incompetent.
....My important mail just vanished?....Yes, I confirmed that my mail was delivered to Miss Tudor's store!
...Miss Tudor also hires the worst employees who will either steal or misplace your mail, so I do not recommend anyone use this UPS store in Perrysburg, Ohio whatsoever!
....Just to inform customers, no prior background check is done on store owners or employees, so many UPS stores have employees and owners who may be felons.

I’ve never had a problem with Amazon…

I’ve never had a problem with Amazon returns before at this location, but this time they charged me for a return bag even though the package didn’t come with a box. Amazon told me that I was not responsible for providing the box based on the QR code.

I went in to return things to Amazon and they told me I only needed the two QR codes here I need it one for each item so there would have been three so either they kept my leather jacket up store or they sent it back with no QR code now I don't work there and I don't work for Amazon so how would I know about these things I had three QR codes I only took two of them so now I lost all the money for my jacket so either somebody at UPS stole it or Amazon got it back but didn't have a code for it thanks a lot guys I needed to lose more money!

Autumn was fantastic

Autumn was fantastic, handling all the customers politely and efficiently while the other employee was at lunch. In addition to assisting me with my multiple questions and transactions she educated myself on how to facilitate these issues. I will continue to drive the distance to this store for my shredding, returns and all my UPS needs.

poor customer service

I am incredibly disappointed the service I received at the Columbus, IN UPS store and from the corporate office. I brought in three packages to send to three different people in three different states. The person behind the counter put all 3 labels on the wrong boxes. Not a single one went to the proper address. This should have been a simple fix. It could've been so easy to do the right thing but it turned into a fiasco. I went in immediately after the recipients relayed to me that they had the wrong package. I was treated like an idiot and a liar buy the manager. (I have her name but I am being respectful). She would not listen to my issue and basically I just had to leave. All 3 of the intended recipients had to pay AGAIN to have the box they received sent to the correct addressee. I had my daughters then call to help get a refund at the very least and they were also treated with disrespect. The manager said she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me but the only call I got from her was to inform me that she would NOT be speaking with my daughters again and abruptly hung up. My daughters escalated this complaint to the corporate office and spoke with a representative 3 or4 times. He also said he would respond but WE had to continuously call to get updates. He "seemed" sympathetic but eventually caved and did not refund our money even though he said it was UPS store #2382's mistake and acknowledged that the customer service was very poor! From now on, we will ONLY be using the post office or Fed Ex. I don't know how this store is still operating with their terrible customer service, rude employees and ridiculous mistakes and policies. I'm not the only one to complain - check out the other reviews. Tsk tsk tsk. I know this isn't the biggest problem happening today, but to an 80+ year old woman, being treated with fairness and respect would have gone a long way.

The UPS Store #4628

This place is a DISGRACE!!!! First, UPS penalizes me for mistakes that THEY made in a shipment from China that kept going back to China! Now, I tried to pick up a package that was delivered yesterday at this location, now run by illiterates who can't read the English language!!!! THEY LOST MY PACKAGE AND DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS!!!!! A TINY PLACE LIKE THAT, AND THEY CAN'T FIND MY PACKAGE!!! Not only that, this place EXTORTS 10 DOLLARS A PACKAGE from the customers trying to pick up their packages, me included! THIS PLACE IS NOW A DUMP!!!!! Avoid UPS at ****ALL COSTS****!!!!!!! Now I’m out money because the package is lost in their building!!!!! It makes me sick!!!!! This is what happens when they hire the uneducated and illiterate!!!!!!!!! And yet they blame the customers for UPS'S MISTAKES!!!!!!!!! There needs to be a class-action lawsuit against UPS!!!!!!

I have been waiting on these people to…

I have been waiting on these people to send me an email about my refund for a month now and I have not received anything. I paid these people $169 to ship a package next day delivery, and they never shipped the package until two days later, and when I went to the store to speak with the manager, he was not there, he never gave me a call back, until this day the manager has still not given me a call back very unprofessional. I spoke with someone else in the store. She has been constantly running him down about him doing the claim to give me my refund back and he told her he did it but I still have not received an email from them so what does that tell you, he never did it . I am sick of these people taking advantages of me still in my money at the holiday time. I definitely don’t think I will be using the UPS store no time soon they are not guaranteed. If you wanna guarantee, go to FedEx. FedEx is the only credible company and they stand behind it.

I went to this location to make copies. The young lady was very rude and unprofessional. She talked to me in a very condescending manner, had poor customer service skills. Was rushing me to make the copies and when I tried to explain to her that I needed a different number for various pages. She started telling me how rude I was so I said I just need you to slow down so I can tell you which ones I need more than one copy. She kept saying smart comments. I reminded her that I was the customer which meant nothing to her so I said never mind give me my papers back and I will go somewhere else. I asked to speak to the manager who heard everything and he seemed uninterested when I asked how to write a review. He claimed there should be some business cards available but there were none and he did not offer to find one. Very disappointed with the very poor customer service and I will Not use this store again! Worth driving out of the way to avoid store #861 on Elmwood!

My experience with ups store # 2122 las Vegas is great,when I drop of my package from my job the workers that work there are very nice. I was at the store yesterday and Remi was very helpful with customers and does her job very well.

UPS stealing packages

The UPS STORE 5231 NE Antioch Rd Kansas City, Mo
Took packages (open) in to store. Few weeks later received an email from Amazon stating I didn’t send the item back. That I used the right box but sent a totally different item. Contacted UPS store and they said it’s nothing they can do it’s been a month. So I then called headquarters before I could finish saying what happened she said well we can’t pull the cameras anymore they only last two weeks so there’s nothing to do and a supervisor won’t call you back. Really how professional

Live Oak store

Live Oak store, horrible scam. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with Amazon business to confirm I was to package and seal my return AS WAS stated in my written return instructions.
Store claimed I did this in incorrectly and wanted me to purchase their shipping box/bag. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal but this was just another DISHONEST BUSINESS OWNER/MANAGER trying to make a quick buck. He was reported to Amazon for deceptive business practices.
