This year the delivery was very quick, within few days of ordering. No problems and were now stocked for winter.

Shockingly unreliable!
First order arrived incomplete even though it was confirmed.
My latest order has been confirmed by email and a phone call but cancelled 24 hours prior to planned and confirmed delivery. Cannot get hold of anyone as their offices close at 5, even though their automated emails get sent out to cancel orders and you can do nothing about it. Shockingly poor

several bags just wood shavings
majority of bags contained well rotted horse manure but several bags were just wood shavings with no horse poo at all...quality control a bit off ..wont be repurchasing...now how to get rid of wood shavings
