Unfortunately the delivery was very delayed and did not arrive on the day specified.
I had the day off so stayed in for that, got a call the next day when at work to ask where I was and need to be there. I was unable to leave work, so delivery was left on drive as expected. Better just to have delivery left on drive, not easy to be home for deliveries , understand about hold ups but really hard to hang around all day if no guarantee of delivery . Logs however great and now packed away so very happy with product and communications .

Always have the birch great heat
As always able to select delivery date which is really helpful and always a very helpful driver who leaves the crate in a place to help us for stacking in our wood shed.Great quality logs which always burn excellent with great heat

Incredible delivery…
Straight forward ordering process and as usual, we received what we ordered on time. However we must point out that the delivery company were incredible. We live in a cul-de-sac and unknown to us on the day of delivery, around the corner was a massive crane being used for repairing the roof of some flats. This was blocking the access to the lower part of the close except for small vehicles. The delivery vehicle could not pass but the operator put the double height pallet of logs on his pallet truck and delivered it to our house 100yds away down a hill. After ringing our bell he positioned the pallet on our drive where we requested. All was done with courtesy and a smile. Credit must be given to him and his company.

Everything was faultless
Everything was faultless. The packaging of the logs was great, the crate itself will make ideal kindling, and the driver who delivered the crate was first class. He showed great initiative.

Very good service
It wont come as a surprise that I haven't started burning the logs yet, but everything else has been very good. I think this is my 5th load of logs and as previously, everything has been very good. The delivery company you use for East Sussex are excellent (the drivers have always been polite and helpful).
