Fantastic service from beginning to end. Ordered online, scheduled a visit from a nurse to collect the sample, communication was great, the nurse arrived on time, and the blood draw was painless because she'd been taking blood for 30 years. Three days later I had my results. The breakdown of the results was excellent. Will be recommending to friends and family.

Very easy to arrange blood test. Phlebotomist was very quick and packaged everything for me. Results came through the next evening. Easy to read and everything explained well.

Professional and helpful

The process of setting up the account and order the type of exams I wanted was smooth. The nurse who came to my house to draw blood was extremely professional, on time and kind. The only downside was the appointment change.

Generic Results That Ignore Personal Data

I am deeply disappointed with the Lola Health Microbiome Test. During the registration process, I spent a significant amount of time completing a detailed questionnaire regarding my diet, lifestyle, and medication history. I assumed this data would be used to contextualize my results, but it’s clear the recommendations are just automated, "one-size-fits-all" templates.

Major issues with the report:

Irrelevant Dietary Advice: Despite explicitly stating in my profile that I do not consume alcohol or sugar, my report told me to "Decrease sugars and alcohol."

Contradictory Logic: I prefer saturated fats over seed oils, yet the report gave me the standard "decrease saturated fat" line without acknowledging my specific dietary choices or explaining why they would be detrimental to my specific microbiome.

Inaccurate Medical Context: The most glaring error was in the Antibiotic Resistome section. I have not taken antibiotics or any other medication in nearly twenty years. Despite this, the report advised me to "Reevaluate type and duration of antibiotic use."

This level of generic output makes me question the integrity of the entire test. Was my sample actually analyzed, or is this a template sent to everyone? If a company asks for your personal specifications but fails to use them to tailor the results, the service is essentially useless. I feel like I paid for a personalized health insight but received a generic brochure.

I would not recommend this test to anyone looking for truly personalized health data.

Excellent service and the test results reached me in 2 days. There is no blood-drawing service in our area (Aberdeenshire). I found a clinic called Clinic AB10, which provides blood-drawing services. I will definitely use them regularly in future for my health and supplement monitoring. Thank you.

The experience with Lola Health was very positive from start to finish.
I went on the website bought a test. I received the test couple of days later. Arranging the appointment for my blood draw was easy too. The nurse arrived on time and was very professional. She did everything efficiently, draw blood, fill in the form and label the samples, put it all in a parcel and took it to the post office to be sent off to the labs. I got an email from the lab when they received my samples. And a day after I got my results.
The report was easy to read. And the note from the doctor was very detailed. I would definitely recommend Lola Health.

The whole experience was so simple and very quick. I had a home blood draw and it was painless and very convenient. I was kept informed and any questions were replied to quickly and the support ( Sheila and Marie) very good throughout.
The results were received very quickly and they are a really good insight into my health. I have taken action in response to the results. Having a doctor review and write a report on the results was very helpful, and put those results into perspective. I intend to retest in the future to check on the changes I am making in response. I recommend them without hesitation.

Really helpful and skilled phlebotomists, come to your house at a time you’ve selected, you then get loads of information about your health back just 3ish days later- such a good experience and from someone who used to dislike needles!

Excellent price for such comprehensive blood test and super quick delivery as well booking the wonderful nurse to take the blood sample at home especially when needed to be fasting so first thing in morning was easily arranged - I will order again

Second time using Lola for my annual blood checks, really good service and would recommend, only feedback and reason for not 5 stars is preferred date and time to have blood drawn is always changed, both myself and my wife’s appointments were changed which is not ideal.

I've been feeling quite poorly since my bloods were taken, swollen eye, rash and aching joints. Do the nurses usually bring their own needles? Mine did. Hoping it wasn't dirty...

Everything was great, the test arrived within a couple of days and the nurse came the following day, she was very friendly and great at taking blood as I didn’t feel a thing. Results back in 3 days with a doctors report in depth to give me more of an idea to ask what is causing my symptoms. Thank you so much.

Very impressed with my first test from Lola Health, the test kit arrived with no hiccups, the blood draw appointment was rearranged with no stress and the phlebotomist even turned up and got the samples posted on time despite the snow we had.
