Lola's - Kingston Bentals Centre Avis

I ordered a cake for my daughters’s birthday. Everyone enjoyed the cake but I didn’t enjoy the gluten free cupcake I bought for myself. Pretty dry with no flavour. Can make better myself.

Fabulous looking and tasting vegan cake, immaculately packaged.

Amazing cake, all guests were impressed. Will order again.

Brought this cake for my daughters 50th birthday, we had so many compliments and it was delicious, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Ordered a birthday cake for my mums 60th and it was both beautiful and delicious! Ready to collect on time and was very easy to pick up.

I bought this cake for my marriage ceremony (nikkah), it was the perfect cake! Looked classy, perfect colour, pearls looked so classy and the flavour is perfect, the tastiest buttercream icing and jam, perfect looking and tasting cake.
I made the right choice.
Thankyou Lola’s for making my day special.

I love Lola's Cupcakes so much, their customer service team are always super polite and the brownies are the best I've ever had. My go-to gift for anybody as they are so easy to order and can be delivered super fast

The cake was tasty, fresh we really enjoy to ate. The staff were very nice, helpful

Amazing service! I ordered an Elsa/Frozen cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely beautiful ! The only criticism would be that the icing/frosting was a bit too sweet (compared to the other cake that we had purchased from Lola).

Amazing cakes, nice flavours and fresh.

Lovely cake - bought it for a surprise birthday celebration and everyone loved it!

As someone who prefers reassurance I would have appreciated a confirmation email maybe 48hrs beforehand. However, I need not have worried, the process was seamless and the beautiful cake was delivered on time to the exact venue. Thank you, keep doing what you are doing…. Exceptional!!

I ordered a gender reveal cake and the staff at Bentalls Kingston is very helpful. She made the order for me without any issue and it made our day to have a very smooth transaction.

What a amazing delicious birthday cake
I ordered the red velvet birthday cake for my son's 15th. We had 12 boys round for his birthday party after spending the afternoon at paintball. The cake was eaten up in no time at all.
All the boys commented on how fresh and delicious it was. The staff at Kingston were fantastic!

Order was for 70 vegan mini cupcakes but had to order boxes of 12 as per website order form. Email enquiries were replied in good time. Mini cupcake size is ok - no unfinished morsels as sometimes can occur with bigger/normal size cupcakes. A tad pricey @£2.25 (self pickup at store) but each box has a mix of 3 flavours with nicely decorated toppings. Taste and texture (moist) good, more so for vegan. Nice staff at Lola Kingston - friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much for the cake. It was delicious. My son loved it. It's spectacular. Highly recommended. Ordering from your website is very easy, nothing complicated.
We will definitely buy again and I will recommend you too.
Thank you so much.

Cake and customer service were great.
Unfortunately there was a foreign object in the sponge.. a piece of plastic.

Easy ordering, easy pick up, great packaging and a perfect cake. I’m a semi professional cake baker and I didn’t have time to bake my daughter a birthday cake. I didn’t have high expectations but this cake was amazing, I couldn’t have made it any better. Very reasonable price too. I will return.

Great customer service
