Lola's - Lola's Bluewater Avis

The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted amazing! Everyone who attended commented on how beautiful the cake was and how delicious! Makes me wish I bought a bigger size so I could have more! The cake was easy to order, amend and pay for. Arranged to collect easily at Bluewater, the staff was so friendly too. Great service, definitely recommend!

Good ordering process.
Well crafter cake and tasted good!
Friendly, helpful staff

Lola's cakes are our absolute favourite and a treat to ourselves when we see a shop. We particularly LOVE the plain vanilla cupcakes but also think that the red velvet and the lemon are divine. Top quality cakes, clearly great ingredients and I am excited to get both of my daughter's birthday cakes this month!! Staff so helpful and knowledgeable too x

This is the second time this year that I have ordered from Lola’s .From placing the order on line to collection it was extremely efficient. I received regular updates to which stage the cake was at.
It tasted absolutely amazing delicious.😋

Cake was great

Absolutely amazing dinosaur cake! 🦖🎂 It looked incredible and tasted just as good. Everyone loved it and it was perfect for my son’s birthday. Beautifully made and such lovely service too. Would definitely recommend Lotus Cupcakes and will be ordering again! ❤️

Excellent service. Ordered online, collected in store on the day I needed. Cake was beautiful!

Cake was delicious and good looking too, was delivered carefully. Loved the chocolate layering inside. Icing could be a bit less sweet and thick but Im not an expert so I leave that to the artist. Thank you, made our day.

I needed a carrot cake for a 70th birthday at short notice, all other local bakers let me down. I remembered lolas cupcakes delicious cakes and won't dissapoint. I did have to decorate it a bit to make it look like a celebration cake, but that was easily done. The cake was collected from Bluewater with no issues and devoured within minutes, so soft and delicious. The icing was perfect, complemented the cake beautifully, not too sweet. I would definitely order again.

The cake was quite nice. Really yummy I think everyone enjoyed it.
Staff were professional and friendly. Ordered a couple of times and will keep coming back.

Everything was communicated clearly regarding delivery and collection. The staff were helpful. The cake was delicious. I will use again for future cake orders. Thank you.

Excellent cake good customer service and very easy to order our granddaughter loved it .

Red Velvet cake is just the best!

The cakes were awesome

Process of purchase and collection was well communicated and the cake was well presented and delicious, great experience all around.

We purchased a cupcake, but unfortunately the cake was stale and inedible. We approached the sales assistant to raise our concerns, but her response was extremely disappointing. She stated that the product had been made that morning and that there was nothing she could do about it.

I requested an exchange, but the assistant was not helpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. This resulted in a very disappointing experience for both my husband and me. We expected better customer service and a willingness to address a genuine concern with the quality of the product. Bluewater
