I bought a kilo of beluga for…
I bought a kilo of beluga for Christmas, and it was fantastic, everyone in the family loved it. Also when it came to delivery, it was easy to arrange with great communication on their part. Would highly recommend.

A delicious present.
We were given a large tin of the Royal Imperial Caviar at Christmas and it was demolished with friends for my husband's birthday....
They all raved about the taste. Sorry I'm not a fan (but that's for all rather than your caviar)!

Excellent caviar. We had it for breakfast on Christmas morning this year, and everyone loved it! Truly some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Would 10/10 recommend!

Good prices but unfortunately the delivery and customer experience didn’t live up to expectations. I had ordered a tasting set for New Years- the order was late, tracking notice off and the package was delivered in the lobby, luke warm with no confirmation. When I contacted customer support they offered no help and denied all responsibility. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again

We are glad that you were able to enjoy your caviar on New Year's Eve, which was ordered on Saturday 23rd Dec and delivered on the 28th of December the earliest possible delivery date following the Xmas holidays.

Really friendly people and really lovely caviar! The best thing for me, though, is their willingness to deliver to me on a day of my choosing. A day when I'm going to be at home, in other words! Keep it up.

Excellent customer service -- use this company!
We experienced problems with a delivery from the London Caviar Company (LCC) which was the fault of Royal Mail. The response from the LCC could have been quicker but when they did respond, they acted very proactively. They sent a fresh tin to us which arrived quickly with their new courier company. Excellent customer service, I would recommend the LCC to anyone wanting care and consideration from a premier company. Really well done overall!
