I've been very lucky with my web purchasing experience until I came across this company. Avoid it at all costs. I had a partial delivery of an order (6 cans of fish out of an order of 24). I left a message on their call answerphone (no possibility of talking to a person): no answer. I tried to communicate through their web site: no answer. I e-mailed: no answer. Finally one answer: my complaint had been prioritised and I'd get a response in 24 hours: no response. If this company is not actually a scam it should be treated as such and avoided like the plague. I've raised a dispute with the credit card company used to make the purchase. If they wait to get an answer from this merchant before making a decision then all is lost. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I paid £9.99 for what I expected to be 12x 750ml bottles of water. It turned out to be £9.99 for 1x bottle. Astronomical prices and non-existent customer service. Do not use. If I could give zero stars I would.
Wrong item delivered which was 4 months out of date
I purchased 3 kilo of smoked mackerel fillets. When they arrived I received 2 kilo of unfiletted mackerel that had a best before date December 2025. The Oder was placed in April 2026.
When I raised issue with the company, I received a generic enail stating the matter was being looked into and would receive an update in 24 hrs. To date I have had no further response and the phone line just goes to answerphone that no one responds to.
Very poor show. I would think extremely carefully before using this company.
I placed an order and never received it
I placed an order and then I received an email that it was damaged and they cannot send it like that. After a week I asked when can I expect my order and 2-3 days later they replied that because of the things going on in europe their shipments are delayed once they have it they gonna send it. Another 2 weeks passed and I emailed them I’d like to cancel the order and get a refund. It’s been 2 days no answer. I have to go to my bank and get my money back probably. Terrible customer service!
No delivery no contact. Avoid
Ordered 9 jelly coconuts. They were late and after being alerted by DPD they had perished and thrown out I was told to contact London grocery about it. No reply in several days. Goodbye £50.00. After reading other reviews on this company I’m not surprised this has happened. Thankfully I didn’t spend more. Buyer beware!

I've been ordering fruits from those company, whenever fruits are rotten or hard, they have always replaced it. But back in January, I ordered Durian, Rambutan, Mangosteen and fresh whole coconut juice. Durian was good but the rest were hard to open and off. I was promised a refund but till date no joy.

Terrible company. We asked for Seville Oranges and they sent us mouldy pink sweet oranges which were extremely overpriced. Refused to refund us and claimed we could make marmalade with sweet oranges. Avoid this company
Robbed at day light
If i would give zero star that is what i would give them. I bought cocoa yams and ginger. They sent both less than i paid for. I contacted them straight away through whatsapp number but no response. Sent them email same no response. Tried to call their 0800 number i could not reach to anyone. Even now i write this i have not heard any respose. Very disapointed. I feel cheated and robbed. Will i ever shop from them again? No no no. Can I recormend them? A million no.
Rogue Trader - they don’t issue refunds
I ordered groceries in December - they didn’t arrive - I asked for a refund - I have had many emails promising a refund which has not been issued - I am astonished this company is still operating as many reviewers have said they have not received refunds - surely Trading Standards have to get involved. They are meant to protect us from rogue traders.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited nearly a month for my order, and after requesting a refund, I have now been waiting almost another month without receiving my money. Despite being told that the refund would be processed shortly, no funds have been credited to my account.
The lack of communication and excessive delay are unacceptable. I expect businesses to take responsibility and handle refunds promptly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case here.

Do Not Order you have been warned this is a complete scam ! He will take your money then not deliver promise refunds which are never paid had to get charge back from bank. I will be reporting to trading standards too this guy should not be permitted to run a scam business.
⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
We are extremely disappointed with our recent order (Order #64764).
The lamb brains were poorly packaged in foam trays wrapped in foil instead of proper plastic containers, which caused them to arrive squashed and completely unusable.
On top of that, the bones were delivered as two large, uncut pieces. They should have been cut in half, as it is not reasonable to expect customers to cut through thick bones at home. This made them impossible to use.
The overall quality, packaging, and preparation were unacceptable. This was our first time ordering from this company, and unfortunately, it will also be our last.
We would not recommend buying from them.

I ordered veg in December for Christmas - it was not delivered - they informed me at the last minute on 23rd Dec they would not deliver. I was promised a refund. It is now February and despite many many emails I still have not received a refund. Do not use this company. I wish I had read the other reviews saying exactly same thing.
Horrible experience
Rotten, out of date, meat delivered five days late. The smell opening the box was putrid & hideous.
Ordered well in advance (16th Dec) for a Christmas Eve delivery.
Both courier (DPD) and this supplier apologised- yet a month on- no refund or compensation received.
