We’re really sorry that you and your friend had trouble booking your safari park tickets. We completely understand how worrying it can be to see money taken without receiving the tickets.
This usually happens when the payment times out or is not fully approved by the bank. The payment may still temporarily appear as pending, even though the booking was not completed. Any reversal is released immediately from our side, although some banks can take up to 7 working days to show the money back in your account. In many cases, it is returned much sooner.
Please email cx@lovetovisit.com with the email address used for the booking and any payment details, and our team will be happy to check this for you. It may have already been resolved, but we can confirm exactly when the funds were released.
We have successfully sold thousands of attraction tickets to customers across the UK, so we can assure you that we are not a scam. We are genuinely sorry about the inconvenience and will be more than happy to help get this sorted for you.

An event was cancelled
An event was cancelled, FamJam Swansea. We were notified and given alternative options; however, I opted for a refund. I emailed and was contacted back within 30 mins of the email, advising of the refund and its process. I am absolutely shocked by the efficiency and how easy it was. The initial booking of the event was easy. I chose lovetovisit as it was cheaper and extremely informative on their site. Highly recommended, no fuss or quibble alternatives offered and not difficult to get a problem sorted.

I had an issue with a booking not being fully fulfilled by the provider, I spoke with Cyle who apologised for the inconvenience and issued a £40 voucher to cover the difference in price from my original booking.

The insurance is a scam
The insurance is a scam. You are not insured for cancellation. Only illness with a doctors note!!! What a rip off. Very poor.

Just to clarify, Lovetovisit is not the insurance provider. The insurance is provided by XCover, and their terms and conditions are shown during the booking journey so customers can review exactly what is and isn’t covered before purchasing.
That said, we always try to help our customers wherever we can. We don’t believe you have contacted us directly yet, and we also cannot find a booking linked to the name on this review.

I was having issues with my ticket,where the tickets didnt get emailed to me but the payment went through. I rang the company and spoke to an advisor called Cyle. He managed to help me straight away and managed to get the tickets sent me.
