Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service, parcelforce lost my first order when I tried to contact them with no success I contacted the customer service at low price food and they did all they could to try to track my missing order, when all avenues were explored with parcelforce and nothing could be done they organised a replacement be sent out the same day.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry this order caused so much upset.
We're not going to relitigate the details of a five-month-old order in public, but we do want to correct two things in the review. You weren't blocked for leaving a negative review — we have never blocked anyone for that, and plenty of our customers post criticism we've replied to. We block an account when the customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider; that's a policy we apply to everyone equally, and it's why your account was closed rather than the review being the trigger.
On the refund itself: PayPal reviewed the case and settled it in both parties' favour, so we didn't keep your money. And to be straight with you about our side — we don't accept or refuse a damage claim on whether we like the story. We ask for photos of the damaged items, the same as any shop would ask for proof of damage before refunding, and we ask because a claim can't be validated without it. When we did receive photos, the presentation was inconsistent with heat damage we've seen before, and several items in the order — rice, cup soup, sweets, salami — are ones heat simply can't affect, and no damage was claimed on most of the other chocolate items either. That's the whole of our position, not a verdict on you personally.
We're sorry it ended here. Our offer to put things right stood throughout, and it still would have if the order had been raised with us rather than through a dispute. We wish you well finding an alternative supplier.

Saving money is more important now than ever before.
I had some address issues but everything turned out well in the end. My order was to be used for a childrens party as i am a childrens party organiser. The delay was due to a wrong postcode being used. I cant recall entering a wrong postcode on the order but never mind. The order is to be used in a party next week. Prices are unbeatable and the products had reasonable use by dates. I will be buying again.
