Amazing service highly recommend! Asked if they could stock a shoe for me as most retail places were sold out or long wait! They sent my item very quick and arrived next day, unfortunately they didn’t fit but they were happy toe exchange my item. Easy to rerun and sent my exchange next working day! Very happy, great service!

Bought from them several times & yes, if you’re lucky then fine, if you’re not lucky and want something from their customer service- you’re in trouble!
The last pair I purchased from them (nike dunk) looked like an absolute rubbish after 2 weeks of wearing them. “Leather” started weirdly peeling off around the edges. I have loads of different sneakers, including dunks, and this one just doesn’t look “original” 🙂. Is LS Personal Shopper supplying some of their stuff from AliExpress these days? Asking for a friend!
When I’ve emailed them for the first time about it, I was completely ignored! Decided to message them on instagram (three times, two of which completely ignored as well) to then finally receive an email response:
“ Unfortunately as per our terms and conditions we are not responsible for the wear and tear of the product once worn, we will not be able to replace this for you. You maybe able to take this to a local Timpsons or shoe repair shop to fix this for you but unfortunately we are do not accept returns after pairs are worn.”

You buy £££ shoes that you can take yourself to Timpsons to repair. Laughable! What a shame it took them weeks to even come back to me with this pathetic response. Good luck with your business! Never buying from them again!

Absolute shambles!!!

Received the delivery from DPD in a complete damaged state. Opened the delivery on entry to my home & realised the item had been taken from an opening in the damaged parcel.
Raised the claim with customer services who have spoken to DPD who will not raise a claim and ultimately LS won’t be assisting in replacing or refunding a product I never received? Had to chase this several times over a 10 day period as I was getting no communication or updates on the developments.
My guess is they can’t be bothered and clearly have no emphasis on customer service unless your a ‘celebrity’ being posted on their account.

They sell high priced products and take no responsibility when a third party courier fails to deliver the item correctly.

Highly recommend you don’t use this company!

I’ve bought from lspersonalshopper twice now. It’s safe to say that I will NOT buy from him again. The first pair I bought where some off-whites. The tags came in folded and the box was COMPLETELY damaged. I reached out to them and nothing was done, they read my messages in Instagram and left me there. The second time was a few weeks ago as k thought I’d give another chance and ordered the yeezy sliders. Again, complete disappointment once I got them as they were clearly used. Nothing was done there either. SO AVOID AT ALL COST. They don’t care about their customers will only take your money and never respond or offer a solution. Won’t see me again. Make sure you spread the word!!!

Responded quickly when I asked for extra photos of the trainers and answered any questions I had. It was then a swift delivery with them arriving the following day, extremely happy with the product and service!
