brilliant boots
Been wearing these boots for about two weeks now. 12 hour shifts, standing the whole time and honestly no issues at all. side zip is a massive bonus. very comfy.

Just come of working the door wearing these boots for 4 nights in a row. After a really busy Easter weekend.
Usually boots need a night or a couple to break in. Not with Mak delta Xs. Solid boot grip is great when even on wet nightclub floors.
Comfy even after 6-8 hours standing.
Would recommend for any security. Non composite toe but still hard at the front. Easy to move in.

Great boots, well made and a good price. Unfortunately they delivered the wrong boots but they were quickly exchanged for what I ordered.

Boots are well made and finished to a good standard. Very well priced. A bit too long from order to delivery for my liking but I will put that down to the time of year.

Purchased what I thought were combat boot for walking after a few wears noticed sole coming away boots are sold as combat boots very poor quality customer service very poor basically told to to do one boot that price should last longer than 8 weeks

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you’ve had an issue with the boots, that’s never the experience we want for anyone.
We checked your order history and your message came through well after the returns period, once the boots had already been worn for several weeks. The photos you sent also showed very heavy wear. Because of this, we couldn't determine whether the damage was caused by normal use, accidental damage, or a manufacturing fault.
All of our boots are fully tested, and we always support customers when issues are reported within the returns window or before the product has been heavily used. In those cases we can asses it properly and offer a replacement or refund if it's a manufacturing fault.
We're a small business and genuinely try to help everyone, but in this case there wasn't enough evidence to confirm a defect. We always welcome honest reviews, but it's important that they reflect the full situation.

Outstanding Customer Service!
I ordered a pair of boots from MAK. They came quickly and were of very high quality. I needed to return them as they were too big. The return arrived quickly, but I had to return these due to unforeseen circumstances. The team at MAK were very understanding and gave me a refund, handling everything quickly, professionally and with kindness.
I cannot find any fault in their products, their company or their service. 10 out of 10.
