Lucky Star bloqueio de conta

Senhores, bom dia.

ID - 362887658

Tinha uma conta antiga com a Lucky Star onde solicitei o encerramento, posteriormente cadastrei nova conta realizando depósitos, saques e apostas, não tendo conhecimento que poderia reativar a conta antiga, ou que não era permitido criar uma nova, contudo nesta data após verificação minha conta foi bloqueada. Não violei as normas do serviço, contudo solicito a unificação e desbloqueio da conta, onde o saldo existente possa ser utilizado, ou que seja transferido para minha conta PIX. Após realizar esta solicitação chegaram a liberar o acesso a minha conta, onde recebi um email de confirmação, contudo segundos depois bloquearam novamente e recusam a me reembolsar o saldo existente. Ja realizei inumeros contatos e não resolvem a situação. Temo ser golpe.

locked account moment request withdrawal

Have played for a few days at this Casino and the money I made a deposit without using any bonuses I had my first win and went to make my first withdrawal since signing up. Won't pay out my winnings

Two failed payouts and false payment claim – still no €500
I would strongly advise caution with Lucky Start Casino.
I won €500 and requested a withdrawal over a month ago. I was then told the payment had been processed — however, I never received the funds.
I was asked to provide bank statements to prove this, which I did. The casino then re-credited the €500 to my account and told me to withdraw again.
I submitted a second withdrawal, and it has now been over 10 days with no payment or clear explanation.
So to summarise:
I was told a payment was sent when it was not
I had to prove non-payment with bank statements
Funds were returned and withdrawn again
Second withdrawal is now also delayed
This is now two failed payout attempts with no resolution.
Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be escalating the issue further with my payment provider and continuing to share my experience publicly.
I would appreciate a clear response and confirmation of when I will receive my €500.I have already contacted your support team multiple times and followed every instruction given, including providing bank statements and re-submitting my withdrawal.
This is not a case of needing to “investigate” — the issue has been ongoing for over a month with two failed payout attempts.
You have previously stated that the withdrawal was “successfully finalized”, yet no transaction ID or proof of payment has been provided, and no funds have been received.
I am still waiting for:
Confirmation of payment
A valid transaction/reference ID
The €500 owed to me
I will continue to update this review until the matter is fully resolved

I have had nothing but problems …

I have had nothing but problems with verification. I was fully verified without added my debit card. I asked if it was safe to play and withdrawl and was verified. Soon as I won they wanted more information. Ive given almost my lifes papers and still nothing. They do this shit so you play your winnings. I have self excluded myself from this one. Ive never had such problems

Personally will be avoiding.

I test out a lot of online casinos, and this one is definitely a flop. In the span of testing for a week, I only got 4 bonus triggers which is pretty crazy. 90% games played don't even give enough to keep you afloat. Its winrates are akin to Stake slots, which are pretty abysmal (but at least they have given some decent wins which I can't say for Luckystart).
I don't know what others are talking about getting "so many bonuses and thousands in payouts" when the few bonuses I managed to get, only paid a maximum of 30$ on 1$ bets, after spending much more than that to be able to get to the point of hitting it. Makes me suspicious of the reviews. This site doesn't feel fair play compared to other smaller ones I've tried.

These guys are the worst, stealing money away from my winnings and trying to appease me with bonus offers.

I won 2200$ and they confiscated it and gave me 70$ as a bonus which i cant withdraw until i play over 2,000 games of 7$ bets as a max bet.

Unseriös, Nicht zu empfehlen. Habe mehrere tausend Euro verspielt, dann mit 50 € Einzahlung über 3000€gewonnen ,runter gespielt auf 1000 € die ich mir auszahlen lassen wollte. Als Antwort kam diese Nachricht.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie in der Warteschleife sind. Der Betrag von 800,26 EUR wurde aufgrund des maximalen Gewinns (40% Reload-Bonus bis zu 100 EUR) auf 200 EUR abgezogen.

Verbrecher nicht zu empfehlen. Reine abzocke. Ich spiele schon lange und auch bei anderen Casinos. Aber sowas ist einfach nur schmutzig
