One of the light bulbs broke on its own…
One of the light bulbs broke on its own without even hitting anything. I laid the lights on the ground to prepare for putting them up and one of the bulbs shattered into multiple pieces, and the sharp glass was difficult to gather and clean up and the bulb is very difficult to change now that it’s broken.
The shipping was quick and great and otherwise I’m happy with the product.

The logistics didn't work
The logistics didn't work. The package lay in NordPost's Vantaa terminal for several days without delivery to the customer. I unsuccessfully contacted their customer service and sent feedback about NordPost's slowness to Lumenxl customer service as well.

Excellent setvice from Simon and the…
Excellent service from Simon and the delivery was fast.
The light be bought came with a recommendation of using vaseline to get them on... As we had a tight schedule it would have been helpful to give a heads up about this so we could have acquired it in advance or maybe just ad a tube of the stuff in the package. Now we had to do it without and it was a VERY tight to screw on. But the lights work well and we are happy so all good. Thanks

Screewing bulbs into place needs a bit power because rubber collar causes resistance.
