Placing my order with Lumifys was incredibly easy, and their customer support provided excellent updates throughout the process. Delivery took about five weeks from the date of order, which was consistent with expectations for a custom lighting piece.

Shipping and packaging were outstanding—both the brass frame and the glass discs were carefully crated and arrived in perfect condition.

Our contractor handled the installation and immediately commented on the high quality of the fixture. He also appreciated that Lumifys included extra hardware and additional glass discs, which helped ensure the installation went smoothly.

The chandelier itself is beautiful and has become a standout feature in our renovated kitchen. It’s truly an upgrade in both style and craftsmanship . I highly recommend Lumifys and will absolutely purchase from them again in the future.

I had a great experience ordering from Lumifys.com. I purchased two sconces, and overall, I’m very happy with the quality and design. One sconce arrived in perfect condition, while the glass globe on the other, unfortunately, arrived shattered. That said, the packaging for an overseas shipment was actually very well done, and breakage can happen.

What really stood out was Monica’s customer service. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and communicated with me every step of the way. Once I notified her of the issue, a replacement glass globe was sent out right away with no hassle, which I truly appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the back-and-forth required to replace the broken globe. I did plan ahead since this was for new construction, which worked out fine. However, if you need lighting quickly, be aware that these fixtures ship from overseas to the U.S., so you’ll want to allow several weeks for delivery.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend Lumifys, especially for their excellent customer service and willingness to make things right. I would definitely order from them again.

My shipment arrived in excellent condition. The crate was very sturdy. The cartons with the styrofoam protected the lamps perfectly. I was pleased with the quality of the lamps. I have installed all 4 of them and they look wonderful. We will use and recommend Lumifys.

The item description is completely misleading. The product is advertised as color-temperature adjustable, but it arrives in only one fixed color temperature and is merely dimmable. This is false advertising.

Their return and exchange policy is equally unreasonable. They only accept returns if the item is uninstalled and has a defect—yet cosmetic issues are only visible before installation, and functional issues can only be discovered after installation. Once installed, they label it “used,” making it ineligible for return. This leaves customers with no realistic way to address product defects.

As a builder actively searching for a reliable electrical fixture vendor for multiple ongoing projects, I was extremely disappointed in their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to stand behind their products. The company refuses to offer real solutions or support.

Customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful. Avoid this seller completely.

This is a scam website that steals photography from legitimate lighting companies and knocks off their product. They are running a shell game where they create new brands with the same stolen IP as the old one gets shut down by authorities. I own one of the lighting companies that they are actively stealing from.

The ability to change the brightness of the ceiling light is a game-changer for the living room ambiance.

I was impressed with how fast it arrived. The light is nice, but perfect for the hallway.
