Great experience dealing with luminary
Great experience dealing with the Luminary team.
Had a small factory fault on my chain which was a few months old. I contacted the team to inform them of what happened. The item was replaced within the blink of an eye with no huss or fuss.
I wish all service based departments were this friendly & efficient. Great experience!

I ordered on Monday night, I was assured that I’ll get my jewellery by/before Friday. It arrived on Wednesday. This was a gift for someone and wow I got it on time. The service I got is perfect!!!
