Beware, I purchased the facial device from Luminesce, and it stopped working after 3 months -0 stars

Terrible experience. I DO NOT recommend buying from this company. Terrible customer service. No integrity. False claims.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! If it is even a real company. I ordered the product on 12/15, and wasn’t getting any updates on the order, so I asked for a refund. They refused since it had already been shipped! (FROM CHINA) Someone named “Joann” said I could request a refund once I received the package. I asked if I would have to pay return shipping and never got a response. I finally received the package on 12/31 and was told to send a video and pics of it being unopened. I sent those off and once again got a response from “Joann” saying I would have to pay for return shipping and said to address it to “Star”
And to send it to 20 78th Ave, New Hyde Park, NY! This is someone’s home!!!
At this point I’ll just keep it and take the loss! I don’t want anything to do w this place ever again!

I placed my order on November 29, 2024. It is now January 2, 2025 and I still have not received this item. I’ve contacted their “customer service” several times. Initially asking for an update, then asking for a refund. I asked for another refund yesterday and someone named “JoAnne” who responds everytime offered me a SERUM instead of a refund! VERY unprofessional and seems like a scam! I would like a refund PLEASE and never want anything to do with this company again.

I LOVE IT!! Been using it almost a month!! Seeing results and it’s easy to use!

My skin definitely feels plumper and smoother and it’s quite soothing when using it. I would suggest that the instructions could be better- for example, saying that it’s fully charged when the red light stops flashing and that there’s a cover which needs removing for it to vibrate.

Terrible - Beware - do you touch this company. Worst company ever. I have been trying since October to return my product as it arrived 3 weeks late. I sent them a photo of the unopened package as requested and returned it.
I had no refund, Now end of December they sent me the same email asking me to send them a photo of the item. I told them i have done this already weeks ago. They replied asking me why i want to return the item and to provide proof etc etc. And it goes on and on in circles

Horrible company with the worst customer support. Product did not work and I politely asked for a refund and they refused to honor their 30 day money back guarantee. Buyer beware!

Was hesitant to purchase, but in the two weeks I’ve been using it I feel my skin is smoother and my lip wrinkles have changed. Worth giving it a try.

After 1 use I woke up to see a large area of swelling below my cheekbone. I only used for a few minutes on the red light setting. I will wait to see if the swelling goes down and hope there is no permanent damage to my face. I am devastated!

I've actually just started using the device today but I feel like I'm going to have positive results. I love the lifting of my eyebrows in one usage. The device is easy to use and feels like I'm having a facial. Excited to see more positive results.

I ordered this for a birthday gift. Was given delivery date that went by. The goods ended up being over 2 weeks late therefore no good for gift. Contacted them. Which reply was confirmation of order number and proof. Than get 2nd reply asking for pictures of goods in unopened state which they got. Now for 2 weeks I'm getting no reply to all emails sent . Would give No star if possible!!

Worst experience ever! I too would give no stars if it were possible. I purchased the red light device as a Christmas gift for my wife in Nov. never received an order number to track, asked for one and was asked for my purchase info again and again, then they blamed it on the postal strike in Canada, which had ended by this time; more emails from me asking for updates then finally a tracking number but the tracking app gives no info, so here I am over a month later 100 dollars lighter and still no idea if this organization is going to send me the device; Merry Christmas I guess!! Stay away from this online purchase vendor, clearly there are many stories if this outrageous and poor customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They never sent the $40 serum I ordered. They are telling me I received it. Basically, calling me a liar. Took forever shipping from China. I’ve been ripped off. Beware of this company!!
UPDATE: they said they would send the serum and I still have not received it. Been sending emails, and now they are ignoring me.

Do not waste money! You can buy same one on tic toc for $8!!!! I tried several times to reach customer service to return and all I get is a response asking for order number and why I want to return! Nothing after that, they are waiting for my 30 day return window to expire! Complete junk
