I had a truly outstanding experience at Lunn’s Rolex.
From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Amalia was a pleasure to speak with — her depth of horological knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for watches really stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and generous with her time, making the whole experience both informative and enjoyable.
What made the visit even more special was the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the showroom. Several members of the team took the time to greet me, and I especially appreciated Peter, the manager, coming over to introduce himself and ensure everything was perfect. It made me feel genuinely valued as a client.
Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience — I very much look forward to visiting again.

Excellent service! My grandfather's antique watch required servicing and repair and Lunn's looked after the whole process (including sending it to Switzerland). The whole process was second to none!!

Today I happened to be passing Lunn's…
Today I happened to be passing Lunn's Rolex store and popped in after seeing an incredible variety of watches in the window. Once inside, I was privileged to spend over an hour with Morgen, who shared his knowledge and passion for horology with me. It genuinely made my holiday. I also tried on a dizzying array of watches and was given a tour of the establishment. I cannot recommend this store more highly and intend to purchase my next watch from here.
