Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, ho noleggiato un Porsche 911 Carrera S cabrio modello 2020.

Era praticamente nuovo quindi macchina perfetta.

Servizio anche puntualissimo, sono arrivato all'uscita dell'aeroporto e il ragazzo della compagnia mi stava gia aspettando con la Porsche parcheggiata a pochi metri dall'uscita.

5 minuti per le pratiche di rito ed ero gia nella Porsche.

The service the booking. Arrangements for delivery and extension of my rental with an upgraded vehicle was just superb. The car was delivered essentially a few step away from my different locations and the cleanliness of the car and courtesy of the staff was amazing. Will rent again 100%

I hired a Ferrari Portofino for our wedding anniversary trip to Monaco-Nice. Mr Francesco welcomed us at Nice Airport arrivals it took only few minutes to sign the papers. The car is fantastic. Lurento stuff very helpful and accommodating.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. Had easily the worst exotic car rental experience of my life using the rental broker lurento. When you rent an exotic car you rent a specific vehicle, make, model, year, mileage, condition and color. In the case of my recent rental is was intended to be a low mileage 2017 Ferrari 488 spider in red on red. This is what I selected.

What I got was the classic bait and switch. The local agency they used delivered an older car with extensive mileage and two hours later than agreed due to a mechanical problem with the car that persisted throughout the rental. The car was also not in good shape with a very worn interior and it was aqua blue with a black interior - not what was ordered on their website.

Zero notice was given prior to the agreed rental time of any of these changes or problems and in fact I had to call them after the prescribed delivery time to inquire where the car was and when it would be delivered. Only then did they tell me it was actually not available and they were sending a different car. There were also several up charges and hidden processing fees by the local agency that were not previously disclosed. Very bad business practices all around. Deception is a word that comes to mind.

As a result of the problems and delays we either missed or had to delay all of our appointments during the day of the rental.

I communicated by phone with lurento all of the problems on the day of rental and the fact is they are based remotely and act as a broker so there was little they could do to provide any real time assistance.

Lurento should be throughly embarrassed by the quality of the car and service they offered and I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Others should beware of the bait and switch and the risks of using a rental broker that has no local presence or capabilities.

Truly awful.

Lorento gave us first-class service and a very good experience. No hidden «extras» regarding the rent. The platform for communication was very good. I will cerntainly use them again.

Excellent service and best deals offered! Nash and Lana were always avaialble on call and a gave a complete personal and profession service. I rented a range rover sport which was in great condition. I would highly recommend lurento for anyone looking to rent a car where they offer their services!

I was really looking forward to my time in Dubai, and renting the Aventador from Lurento was definitely the highlight of my trip. It was really easy to book, and Nash and Lana were very prompt in all our communications. I can't recommend their services highly enough. My Lurento experience have been absolutely amazing. I am a 23 year old from Norway who rented an Audi RS3 in Florence for 3 days. I am really impressed by the professional and friendly service the people at Lurento give. First off, Lurento is a Class-A organization with fantastic people; namely, Lana and Nash. Thank you both for being so fantastic and making our adventure so memorable. Second, let's talk specifics. 2017 Ferrari California T from Florence to Rome. We rented this beautiful car for 2 days and went from Florence to San Gimignano where we spent a fantastic afternoon. We then headed to Poggi del Sasso in central Tuscany where we spent the evening. In the morning, we took off to Orbetello and then made a stop in Santa Severa to hang out by the Tyrrhenian Sea before heading into Rome. The car was spectacular and the top was down the entire time because the weather was perfect. Highly recommend Lurento and the Car! Some suggestions for those making a similar trip...use WAZE and listen for the speed traps as they are out there. And, gird your loins for driving in Rome...WOW is the only word.

With so many shady car rental places out there looking to make the consumer responsible for repairs, feel comfortable in knowing Lurento is a different breed. I rented a Merc GTS and straight smoked the autobahn and when I was done, the car was inspected by Marco and the customer service was exceptional. My deposit returned in full and back on the train I went. Want to get the feel of a super car without purchasing? These are the guys to call. I will be back.
