Lurento was amazing! We had a gorgeous fun car! Easy communication throughout the process. Answered all my questions and all in all we had an unforgettable day on the Autobahn because they provided amazing service and an overall great experience!

The rates are really perfect! Everything was easy and friendly/ So our trip in Italy was realy nice had a mixed experience with Lurento. Our security deposit also was then kept for sometime more? than it was supposed too, but for us it was not a problem.

I've contacted 5 companies to get the best rate and eventually ended up booking online with Lurento. Funny thing - 3 out of 5 companies offered me the very same Porsche Boxster (it's the same photo on lurento.com) but the rates were 10-20% higher. Rates aside, Lurento customer support is outstanding! They've called me 2 days before to confirm pickup and other details, and couple of hours after I took the car to confirm that everything is ok. I really appreciate that. Highly recommended!

My experience was superb. Not only was the vehicle in pristine condition, but the delivery and pickup to our Villa in the Tuscan countryside was flawless.

The reservation process was seamless, and the Lurento staff was extremely helpful in answering my questions.

I would definitely use them again (exclusively for luxury rentals).

Great rental company, customer service was excellent

We absolutely loved our experience. Service making the reservation was very attentive, and quickly responded.

The drop off (outside Zermatt, Switzerland) was right on time, and pickup (in Milan, Italy) was timely too. It made the entire experience so easy, which is what you want on vacation.

We also loved the BMW convertible we rented. It was perfect size and in very good condition. Felt like we were driving one of our cars from home.

This was our first experience with Lurento, but we will use them every time we travel, since we always rent convertibles traveling in Europe and the drop off and pick up aspect to whatever destination we choose was amazing! This will be our car rental company next time. I can't wait.

I had a mixed experience with Lurento. I rented a car in Italy, had a great drive and returned the car as expected, but my security deposit was then kept for two weeks afterwards. This is not supposed to happen.
I contacted them, but they informed me that it was up to the local rental company and that they would look into it. They were helpful, but I shouldn’t have had to wait for two weeks for them to release the deposit. I had initially had a great impression of them, but now I am not so sure. If it really is up to the local rental company, then they need to improve their business practices regarding which companies they choose to do business with.
The car was great and they were professional, but this kind of thing leaves somewhat of a bad taste.

Excellent service. I had booked a car from Zurich to Milan, where I would meet my family and change the car for a larger SUV. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was forced to change my arrangements last minute. Lurento were very professional and helpful, promptly answered all of my queries and managed to book me an excellent Audi Q7 replacement from Zurich, all within just 48 hours. The SUV was excellent and fit us perfectly, and the customer service was both curteous and managed to find me a substitute that best fit my budget. This company is worth your consideration.
