Drivers were very polite .chairs wasn't up to my standard marks on chairs. Material isn't smooth it feels rough. Lush have been very helpful easy returns I'd recommend them for customers service very good .they are collecting chairs with a full refund can't ask for more I'd give that a 10

Bad quality - walnut chairs
Chairs looked amazing online and instegram however the ones I received were absolutely rubbish. Out of the 6 chairs ordered, 4 were faulty ( stain drops marks, broken back rest, scratches on the legs). The backrest had visible staples which was not good. Overall, the price paid is not in line with the quality of the chairs (overpriced).

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, I will definitely be buying from here again.
Website stated a 2-4 week delivery time when placing my order, i received a call the next day saying my items were ready for delivery and delivery was done 3 days after my order was placed.
Drivers were fab, placed the chairs in my kitchen where I wanted them.
The chairs are better than I could have expected, they look out of this world and quality is great.

Terrible quality and awful customer service!
I bought an ottoman bed from Lush Interiors and it has been a complete disaster. Not long after purchase, the base started to sink on one side and the whole structure felt weak and unstable. It was clearly poor quality and not built to last.
I contacted Lush Interiors for support and at one point I had to chase them after three weeks just to get a response. When they finally replied, they said the manufacturer had gone bust and they were not responsible. That in itself is very questionable. Why are they selling products from a manufacturer that could not even stay in business?
They offered no help at all. No repair. No replacement. No refund. Not even a basic goodwill gesture. They just refused to do anything and made it clear they were not interested. Their customer service has been disgraceful.
To make matters worse, the shop I originally bought the bed from has now permanently closed. When I first went in to ask about the size of the mattress, the woman working there could not have been more unhelpful. She was sitting on her phone and laptop and told me to just look on the website. Her attitude was rude and dismissive from the start and she made no effort to assist.
Overall, this has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Poor quality product, appalling customer service, rude staff and absolutely no responsibility taken. Once they have your money, you are on your own.
Avoid Lush Interiors completely. I would never buy from them again!

Please note that your bed was purchased a couple of years ago and, unfortunately, is now well outside the warranty period. We did make attempts to assist you during that time, but as you mentioned, the original manufacturer has since gone out of business, and we no longer work with them.
While we always aim to provide excellent customer service and stand behind the products we sell, in cases where manufacturers cease trading, our ability to offer repairs, replacements, or refunds becomes extremely limited.
We appreciate your business and regret that this situation has led to frustration. If you have any further concerns or questions, we’re happy to assist where possible.

Good Service Overall
Value for money. Easy & quick ordering process. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks but we got ours within 3 days! Delivery guys were friendly and helpful and assembly was done quickly. Excellent service will be using Lush again.
